My mom had the best empanada recipe that didn’t use any levadura. She passed a couple of years ago and I found her recipe but it didn’t have any instructions. I tried it a few times and messed it up. I think the part I’m missing it the kneading, and I’m really excited to try again now. Even if I can’t figure out her recipe, this looks parecido. I can’t tell you how happy I am to have come across this video.

nice, but I would recommend to leave the syrup of the apple juice and smash them softly together with the apple slices to create a slightly chunky apple filling glaze then add into the dough They come out moisture and don't dry out fast. Thanks and make more !

I was very happy with your dough. It is light and fluffy, and not sweet. It has the perfect amount of sugar. I used evaporated milk, because I can’t find media crema here. I had some leftover, since the recipe only calls for a cup. Before I baked them, I brushed the empanadas with the evaporated milk. They turned out amazing! Thank you!
