It is evident that people had better diets until approximately 1980. I was born in 1950. I ate meat, eggs and dairy. Most of American society did. Then the medical profession told us not to consume cholesterol. They pushed plant based diets. As I walk down the street or shop in public, it is heartbreaking to see all the malnourished souls. I have been telling people that eating cholesterol is essential to our health. Our brains contain 20% of our total body cholesterol. We need cholesterol to keep Alzheimer's away.

@@karmiefen3464 I don't know about norwegian cats but most cats can't digest thermically altered food the same way humans do, gut bacteria is also passed down from the mother to the child, so this can also influence things. theres many nuances to life, if the mother mistreats herself during early pregnancy, from what I know it can set up the child for underdevelopments and illnesses even though the child grew up with a healthy-ish diet. I believe in genetic predispositions, where some individuals can get away with some things others can't. albeit this is just from what I know. so take it with a grain of salt.

@ I’ve actually looked into it since I commented. Domestic cats need taurine added to cooked meat petfood or they degenerate/die. Raw food in the wild provides this. Dogs don’t need it and can survive on cooked meat.

This makes so much sense. Up until 4th grade, I was one of the most developed kids in my class. Then everything changed after my dad sacrificed my pet goat that I loved so much. I was so depressed and angry I stopped eating meat and drinking milk for years. I even picked the meat off pizza, yeah, it was that bad. On top of that, I got bullied and started starving myself at school because kids kept stealing my lunch. By the time I finished 8th grade, I’d gone from one of the biggest kids to the smallest and skinniest. Luckily, I hit a growth spurt in high school and went from 5'4" to 5'10", even though my diet still sucked. Now I’m 22, still 5'10" and only 60 kg, but my body feels all kinds of messed up. My wrists are tiny, like a woman’s, and my hands and legs are just small overall. I get so self-conscious when I shake hands with other guys or stand next to them because they all seem so much bigger. I can’t grow a beard, my face is narrow, my nose is crooked, and my back is wrecked (herniated disk). I think I might even be balding, though it could just be a cowlick. I’m always tired, anxious, and honestly, it seems like it’s way too late for me to fix any of this...

Height wise in Pakistan, the average height is 5’7 for a man and about 5’1 for a woman, while the lifespan is 66 years and most people are genetically prone to diabetes, cardiac diseases, etc. Here in the Hunza Valley/Northern Region, the average guy in the villages is around 5’11-6’0 and the women tend to be 5’5-5’6 and live up to 90 years on average. We eat Yak, ghee, some red meat, some organs, dried fruit, trout, eggs both cooked and raw, and fresh milk during childhood. Seems us tribals are indeed smarter than city people chowing down Nestle poison and KFC 🎉

I live in India and I can confirm. Most people here rely on plant and seed products, mainly due to cultural reasons. The older generations started to face joint issues and muscle loss from a very early age (I'm talking late 30's and early 40's) along with poor height growth. India is the world's biggest vegetarian consumer and no wonder the average global height is increasing but the average height of India is decreasing. The newer generation will have to go for orthodontic treatments due to underdeveloped jaws and deformed teeth. The rate is increasing. Literally every third person has diabetes and now its become so normal in India that some people have just started to accept diabetes as an inevitable phase in their life .

The breeders fed the puppies cooked chicken when first weaned and then transitioned them to part cooked chicken, part kibble. At 8 weeks old my puppy was in my care and I transitioned her on to raw mashed food from the pet shop and then raw meaty bones from the butchers as soon as her jaws and teeth could cope. She quickly out grew her mother and all the siblings. I have no regrets about feeding a diet of raw meaty bones to my dog.

Eggs when consumed just after being laid are really warm. If you’ve ever chanced upon robin eggs or lived with ducks or chickens you may have experienced this. Eating a raw wild egg that was just produced is heavenly. To replicate this effect simply cook your egg on the lowest heat possible in butter or tallow until it becomes runny, eat with a spoon. Not much compares to how euphoric this leaves you besides high meat or blood and brains.

When I first started watching your videos, everything you said made sense. It just clicked in my head like I knew it deep down but never questioned or looked into it. I wasn't brainwashed and was open to keto, then carnivore, and then what you promote. I never really paid attention to being healthy before I graduated from high school. I just ate whatever and have/had a lot of problems that came with the decision to eat whatever: overweight; acne (very bad at one point at an early age but it got better); painful periods; my mom said I was born with a hairy body, but I know that's not normal; I have an overbite (it's small, though, it's not like my upper jaw is protruding or anything); my mom also says I have autism (she raised me on soy milk, I think?); I think I have mild depression but idk about that. All of her kids have some sort of mental illness or deformity. I'm 23 now, almost 24, and I'm hoping to change myself by eating naturally. I've had raw meat and organ and milk quite a bit whenever I could afford it and want to make it my full diet. It's really sad how far we've gone as a society and has humans in general. It's a good thing not everyone has been affected by the poisons of modern society, but it should not have ever gotten to this point... And to think it's all to fund those at the top. Our non-existent "health" is a business to big pharma, the food industry, the government, and whomever else is supporting eating a crappy diet. I wanted to just own my own home, hunt my animals, and live a happy life like that and writing my books and maybe find a partner to start a family... But now, I'm thinking of doing that and becoming a nutritionist and get my degree in food science and study human biochemistry and anatomy. I suck at science and math, though, so not sure how that'll work out. I just want to help get the word out. I'm making weekly progress reports to myself on my diet and how I feel and what I'd like to change going forward. My first goal is to lose weight and join the Navy. If everything goes well, I'll spend a few months exercising and eating what they serve us until I graduate and am able to afford to eat healthily on a regular basis. Sharing this video with my friends. One of them already has a kid. Let's hope she watches this. And hopefully my mom will see my progress and save her last three children while they're still young and herself. Thank you, Goatis, for putting this together 💖

Epic video man. You are a true legend. There is simply no one else on the internet that makes content like this. Few people nowadays have the capacity to put together clips and videos in the correct order to make concise documentaries like you do that really give people the full picture. The difference is that you do it with these topics which are the real deal and you add the music, funny clips for more epicness. Please never stop making this kind of videos. They really make a difference and they are life changing, and you are correct to say that you have singlehandedly made a huge difference in the vegan movement and raw meat movement, I would argue more than any1 else, you can see it everywhere. Btw you've got the cutest little baby I have ever seen in my life. Make an army!

my abusive family gave me pepsi and potato chips as a toddler, all the time. Seed oil tator tots, cereal, straight trash. I ate tons of dairy (pasteurized garbage) so I guess that was my only thing I had going (and it isn't much). My face is very broad unlike the tribes in the video where their decent into malnutrion caused skeletal degeneration and gave the offspring narrow, weak faces; for me, my facial bones lack depth, my mandible and my face in general is recessed. Weak brow ridge, "bug eyes" (very shallow orbitals). I ended up mewing (don't know if legit) in my early twenties however it caused (or so I think) my jaw to grow more on one side than the other. Bummer :(

sometimes it's actually monogamy that they're turned off by but they don't want to admit to being harem girls so they shame you as "desperate" to cover that they're not done being the alpha's harem girl / being promiscuious

16:05 was absolutely brutal to the point where I almost cried (not of laughter). Its just sad to see society crumble and all these people try to get their crush or dream girl but then never realize they are doomed for life man.

That girl was attracted to masculinity and sadly the 50kg boy who can dance and looks like a nerd doesn’t have much on a 80kg sports chad who’s tall. And yeah it’s brutal because they aren’t even aware. Actually being bluepill is probably one of the most depressing things ever.

Seeing the tribal people live such natural lives and seeing their kids be so carefree made me a little upset that I will never experience such a wonderful existence. Contrast that with "I went to school so I could get a job and now you have to go to school". So is that the meaning of life? Go to school, learn boring useless shit, go to work to make another person rich, try to enjoy retirement when your body is already well past it's peak? How sad. It's just such a sad, pathetic existence that the majority of us live.
