Hello Roger, a question. Do I have to change the dumbbell cupping to the one in the video in my routine? And is it also advisable to do the year-round challenge of training the pronator every day? 0:04 0:17

The boss is back, how do you implement your bulling diet/ lifting into daily life like working/ school
@RelentlessRoger2 сағат бұрын
I don't lmao, that's why I've been struggling so much to bulk up and ended up losing 10kg, whenever I manage to be productive with my uploads and work life my physique starts to fall off as I don't find time to eat properly, then I have to catch up and my productivity suffers. This is something I've been struggling with for a long time and that even put me in a rut because at some point I was lacking in both aspects, but I've put a daily schedule in place that tells me exactly what to do and when making my life MUCH more organized, so it just comes down to organizing your schedule to me.

@RelentlessRoger I think you are successful though, your forearms are like elephant legs🗿

My best tips for eating to gain are: Cook 7+ portions of a meal at once and freeze them. This works really great with chilli con carne, curries, bolognaise etc. After a few weeks you'll have a good selection of nutritious and tasty meals you just need to nuke, and you only have to cook once or twice a week. It also helps if you have a woman to cook for you, or if you make 1-2 meals a week a social event. If you're hanging with friends, why not have a BBQ or cook some tacos? Always eat breakfast! A protein shake before bed, (and a mug of Horlicks), works wonders. If you don't mind getting fatter, attempting GOMAD is a surprisingly easy way to bulk. You don't have to drink the whole gallon, but a litre of whole milk is full of good stuff, giving you 35g protein, (but also 36-37g fat), and it's pretty easy to gulp 4-5 pints throughout the day.

Find a way to attach bands to a doorframe and use a thick pipe. Devon Larratt has a bunch of good videos on training at home.

is rice bucket training good for forearm size or is it more leaning towards endurance ?
@RelentlessRoger38 минут бұрын
Endurence, I thought it was good for hypertrophy back then and it is but there are far better options if you want size such as cupping

You like dumbbell or cable better for cupping? Or best to do both?
@RelentlessRoger3 сағат бұрын
I alternate between both but I mainly do on cable now as it translates better to armwrestling and honestly feel like it's better for hypertrophy
@EnglandLives2 сағат бұрын
@@RelentlessRoger Sweet, I normally do forearm curls on the cable but I squeeze down, gonna try these tomorrow 💪🏻

I see that this variation is very popular but I dislike it as the range of motion is pretty bad and the position is pretty uncomfortable for me in terms of mobility

i stopped training forearms after understating that your arm will always be proportional, if you want big forearms you must have big biceps as well. And no eating calorie surplus will help you growing big forearms if you simply don't have the big biceps and triceps, genetics play huge role too so stop edging your forearms guys, no gatekeepin'
@Havel3693 сағат бұрын
Nop, this is fake,my forearm is bigger than my arms and i train my forearms 3 days for week, It all depends on your training and your genetics.
