Also get sleep It is the #1 thing in every aspect of self improvement no words in the english language can hammer that hard enough And if your going to consume alcohol or caffeine make sure theres at least an 8 hour gap between consuming that and getting ready for bed, they contribute a lot to messing with rem sleep and can make the under part of your eyes look sunken

Yo you forget to mention to do triceps in your workout split, they are very important to fill out the sleeves on your t shirt and just overall arm size as they are a bigger muscle than the biceps
