This is an EXTREMALLY well made video! 👏 It's very informative, easy to understand and well-paced. I even learned a thing or 2 despite having seen countless videos on hk and having 200+ hours in the game It would be awesome if you did it again for silksong. Obviously no rush, we all need to take our time to appreciate it and we will have a lot to learn. I also know this took you a long while to make. Plus is silksong going to have DLCs? Are they going to work the same way as in the original? There's definitely going to be some updates

A couple things id meantion would be heavy blow actually staggers some bosses in one less hit, and that Quick Slash is actually a better Soul Generator per notch cost than Spell Twister/Soul Catcher/Soul Eater, since faster hits equates to faster soul gen

i'm 90% sure you can reach salubra from crossroads with just mothwing cloak also, another advantage of carefree melody over health charms is that it fully blocks hits that would do 2 or more masks of damage

One of my main hopes for Silksong, is for Team Cherry to have learnt from their mistakes, and make every combination and tool be useful in SOME way, not overpowered, but still be a considerable option in late gake, flukenest and defenders crest is neat but awful useless, so I hope in Silksong they will all be useful and good in some way

OK finally got around to double checking this, enabled hitboxes and got hit both with and without stalwart. after lining them both up in the editing software they matched each other perfectly! so seems no range increase :)

I only count special interactions when an extra effect is added. Thorns always triggers at a certain point when taking damage, the bit before that is just shortened by stalwart so naturally there is less time. But no new effect is really being added. It's just a good synergy :)
