FYI that is in fact Snap-on's 1/4" drive ratchet handle but with a 3/8" drive head. For decades dating back to the 70's, technicians used to buy replacement 3/8" drive heads and install them into their perfectly good 1/4" handles to create a custom, compact ratchet that can fit in tight spots. Snap-on must have caught on to the buzz, and made this custom ratchet for sale.
@GridZilla7 ай бұрын
I’ve actually found a use for it in a super tight spot lol. I’m definitely learning that there really is a “right tool” for the job even though you might be able to get away with using the incorrect tool.

Wrong statement. Gruppe M comes with secondary inlet first, not PRL. Have a look :)

To my knowledge isn’t the air flow direction more important than just the size of the box and opening?
@GridZilla8 ай бұрын
@@da-yh3uy I’d you ever get to see a Computational fluid dynamics (CFD) of a typical car and what happens to the air once it passes through body parts you’ll see how turbulent things get real quick so yes it does matter but the temperature in this case matters much more. It being forced induction helps too because it actively sucks the air in. In other words directional flow might matter a bit more on NA motors

@@GridZilla gotcha good to know!

yeah, imo, gruppeM is better as it is getting the air from the front. The prl snorkel looking thing appears to just grab air that is already hot in that area...I don't see how the through process of the air in the fender is so much different than what is already in the engine bay...it's not like that snorkel goes that far down lol. I canceled my prl order and ordered gruppeM. I know the price is stupid, but the build quality and engineering seems better than PRL...and customer service is way better through bulletproof.
