Bishop definitely won this generation of machines, easy to get dosposables, easy to open and clean / service yourself, tones of punch on the packer , nice and soft on the shader. Ability to use wireless foot switch and shorty battery for super compact fully wireless set up. What more could you want. I tried fk , cheyenne and others, and i think bishop takes the cake even over the new critical torque

No, don’t attempt fineline with a machine that hits hard. Especially you’re new to tattooing. Fineline is difficult even with the best machines. Blowouts are too easy

Which one would y’all recommend as a first one? I have a MAST machine that I started with, it was my first machine to start practicing on fake skins. it’s now been about a year and i am now ready to embark on tattooing on actual skin and I am considering buying one of these professional ones. My style that I’m trying to focus on is black & grey realism. The shader would obviously be ideally the best for what I’m shooting for but since I’m just starting I think that packer would be best since it’s in the middle. Idk what do y’all think? It’s not a cheap investment so I’m trying to make an informed decision.

Review the Acus M1 !!! Faulhaber motor, 3 interchangeable strokes, give mode that actually works, Panasonic batteries, its a hygienic concept the way it can be broken down for proper sanitization. I think for the money there is currently no better machine.

I hope someone can help. My power liner seems to be loosing it's power after 5 months of use. Why do rotaries loose power after a few months. What motors does Dan Kubin use?

Rotaries can lose power over time due to motor wear or lubrication issues. Try adding a drop of oil to the bearings and check connections. If that doesn’t help, a motor replacement might do the trick. And - Dan Kubin uses the Mabuchi motor, which is solid.

I love my packer wand❤ my second favorite machine is the vlad blad avenger 2 pro...you would probably like this one too! It's a direct drive hybrid machine with adjustable stroke. Pen style machines with adjustable stroke always bothered me the fact that they are all no direct drive, because it's technically impossible. Maybe you want to review this one? Or maybe a Dan Kubin? What is a direct drive ? I have adjustable stroke on my pen. Other problème is to change the stroke while tattooing you definitely need to stop and wrap’it all’up again with new set up.

I would love to see a comparison between the bishop wands and the hello branded clone (ambition soldier stroke kit). you can change the stroke to match for under 70 bucks. 50 for the machine, 15 for the stroke kit.

If you have (2) wands you have all three. If you have (1) wand, you have all three. I came in contact with the guy who builds the wands and its motor housing. I bought (1) OG wand shader, and bought a wand packer motor/cam for $200. I just change it out depending on the session Ppl love to spend money unnecessary just to say "yea I got that"
