I agree. I have the exact same problem a lot of the time. I have received some great stuff also though. Very hit or miss.

Yeah that's definitely a common issue. Some months, it's like you hit the jackpot, then some months you feel ripped off. There has to be a way to bridge the gap somehow.

I have a similar problem...i am a small guy and so I put my size at S and tend to get well fit shirts, the problem is different manufacturers are sized slightly differently and if i am sent a small in a long sleeve anything, my gangly arms are too long to fit it. i need an M in anything long sleeve or outter layer and i can't change my size or preference for this....add on that i live in Canada and it costs me more to return a package than its worth....even if i choose to swap it, I do not see a box until the beginning of the month and by then, anything half nice is out of stock or unavailable for my size....still...if I get a pair TM pants, thats worth $120CDN+ here so $50USD ain't bad for them...will see in a week and a half!!

I think that's going to be a common problem with a lot of guys. Like I said in the video, I just don't think small and medium and large cut it anymore

I am finding the same thing. They should narrow down sizes and preferences. I got a visor with my US open box, and I don't wear visors, and of course, I loved all the ball caps I saw others posting on Instagram. Seems like they just miss every month.

I agree with you completely. When they hit, it's pretty awesome. But a lot of the times they still miss, and for the price it really hurts when they do. They are going to have to eventually expand and allow you to put preferences , such as hat or visor.

The service has gone way downhill. Signed up for executive level package few months ago, and more than 1/2 of what I’ve got is from their “in house” brands (1764, graham luxe) - basically generics with overpriced msrps of like $80 for a basic polo. Then some short par 4 branded stuff. Hardly any real golf brands like what they claim in their ads. It’s clearly now just a channel for them to offload excess overpriced inventory from their other brands. They should just start marketing it that way now.

It's a shame because I want to love the service. However in a budget conscience world, I can't justify the price anymore.
