Felt a pop on right elbow went a bit heavy….took 2weeks off..you think I tore a ligament or tendon? I RICE d it for 2weeks daily.. I have mobility can bend my arms over head.but feel slight Pain on elbow but seems to be getting better..any suggestions would be helpful..thanks
