Just got a Tig machine myself and starting to work it out, found the settings and a good tungsten have got me further along than anything else, great job and good luck

I have the older digital screen SD 4050 Pro and it has been a good machine . What is not good is Ssimder customer service. Once you buy the machine you are on your own. They do not respond to phone calls or emails.

Interesting machine. Would like to know how long it will last, plasma cutting can be pretty hard on those machines. Nonetheless, pretty cool.

I'll admit I'm welding novice by all means of the definition. Questions. Tig welding is wire feed plus tungsten steel rod added to the weld? welding is wire feed by itself. Flux core with gas? I know there differenttypse of wire for mig just curious if they all need the gas.?. I thought about getting the welder from Harbour Freight that is might welder with flux core. I believe it is green. See if new welder they come out with is pretty much automated. You just enter in , Guage of steel, etc.. and it will tell you what settings. Or it does it for you. Watched video from Sema on it. Just curious.

Go on get ya some melanoma. Keep welding without sleeves. You'll see. Weld for 8-10 hours without sleeves and gloves. God bless and work safe man.
