The Ontario Human Rights Code vs The Charter: A Brief Comparison

We constantly hear about the Charter of Rights and Freedoms in the news. And that’s important! Because the Charter’s important! BUT, the Charter isn’t everything. Ontario residents likely depend far more on the Ontario Human Rights Code in their day-to-day lives.
