Is this an unbroken tradition passing on its rites intact since medieval times or has it been reimagined in recent times?

What do you mean by truth? What is factually and scientifically true, or what is true because it's beneficial for propagation of Goodness?

I learned this practice from another thinker, and result was somewhat negative. Truth seeking transformed into execive serioussness and endless doubt. My own dreams were undermined. Since than I am intentionally sloppy in my judgement.
