One surprising benefit of living an intermittent fasting lifestyle for both Michael and me has been our dental improvements. Thank you for this video. I wish I saw it sooner. I have been thinking about this toothbrush for months. I also brush manually and floss regularly but also have plaque buildup and gaps in the back. My last cleaning they had me do a deep cleaning. I would like to not so that again.
