Doctor V. I’m a 42 year old black male who deals with breakouts-often cystic. I vote yes on running through the cleansers-but also can you do a series on how someone like myself can fight acne. I’ve lived by piecing together your recommendations and I’d say 80% of the time that’s great. Salicylic Acid: Paula Choice Pore Normalizing Cleanser La Roche Clarifying Solution Paula’s Choice 2% BHA (Nightly) Paula’s Choice Daily Cleansing - Benzoyl P. 2.5% The Ordinary - Niacinamide 10% Versed retinol (Nightly) Facetheory Supergel The issue is at times I’m out of the country for extended periods. It will be 3 months before I return-and in places like Thailand and Australia I don’t have access to all of the products. Can you give us a regimen that can be found at say Sephora? I see the last video was about Serums… I need to refill my routine but I’ll only have Sephora. Can you please help-I feel a breakout coming 😢.

Hello doctor. You are awesome ❤. Just one heartfelt request , please please please look at the ingredient list of 2 more Indian brands ie CHEMIST AT PLAY and DERMA CO. Please look at their face washes and serums specially the ones formulated for oily skin and tell if it’s a good product or not. These brands are actually the only ones in India which provide a number of percentages and options in their products to choose from at an affordable rate. Please investigate these 2.

Thank you for this. I've been interested in skincare since my early 20s in the 2000s and that's helped me to capitalize on my family genes and look more naturally youthful with minimal expense or cosmetic procedures or unpleasant reactions to overhyped products. Over the years I've used mostly drugstore brands and I have to make special mention of Boots Pharmacy has followed an effective skincare regime for most of my adult life now without unnecessary ingredients or expensive packaging. Boots also really listens to customer feedback and changes formulations and products accordingly. I like that the Ordinary is also disrupting the cosmetics product market on a more international basis.
