This episode was great! I love seeing Klaus and Hayley on a road trip together. They’re really starting to bond. I always loved their relationship, but it really gets good from this point forward. Can’t wait for next episode. It’s crazy!

Lucien is honestly my favorite. He’s so cunning, just kinda hanging in the background supporting the prophecy and the survival of the Mikaelson’s, when in reality pulling all the strings in the background. He’s a villain that is so likable and approachable but also super devious.

Really great episode for Klaus and Hayley and finally being partners and a family to raise Hope. Also your comment about exposition is something common in so many shows and it’s almost always a note from the studio because they think an audience won’t remember or will be confused. The writers typically will not have that in originally but will be forced to insert lines of exposition. Happens on so many shows and is always annoying. It’s also another reason you will hear names or relationships to people all the time in things cause they’re trying to get the audience to remember those sorts of things. It’s always dumb! Lol

I loved the Klaylope we got this episode 💜 who doesn’t love a family road trip? Finn and Kol being back is great and the hottest immortal family is finally whole again but they should’ve destroyed that bullet 15:10 Elijah has his moments where he is suuuper dumb 😐 unfortunately, for my Elijah loving heart, his mistakes and dumb actions started piling up since Dahlia‘ first appearance…that’s why I almost can’t stand him anymore in the last season but a BIG PART of me obviously still loves him to death 😍 but why do I think that the role Lucien plays is kinda fabulous?

If Finn is so hell bend on not being a vampire for eternity and once he was ready to die right away to escape that, he should have just taken the bullett right there and then. He wouldn't have had to be a vampire (yeah he's dead, but he never seemed to have a big problem with that) and the white oak would have been gone. Problem solved.
