Hey Steve. What a fantastic video, as always. Would you believe I was in Formentera and travelled to that exact lighthouse 2 days before you on Wednesday, January 22nd. I also was the only person there. I took line 2 bus from La Savina and the bus driver gave me about 20 minutes to look around the lighthouse area while he took a break and then I travelled back with him to La Savina where I had a lovely menu del dia for €14 My trip included Ibiza, Formentera and Mallorca and it was fantastic. I t would have been the highlight of my trip had I got to meet you there as I love all your travel videos and you have also inspired me to travel more. I'm also of the opinion that you bring so much joy to so many people who are unable to travel. Thank you so much from Ireland and I'm so looking forward to your next video.

how nice of the lighthouse’s mousers to ensure that you were alright until the lighthouse opened, the local animals sure do take good care of you 🤣

Oh wow, what memories. I was next to the lighthouse on a foggy night 45 years ago. The rotating beams were lighting up the fog and it was quite surreal. Have never forgotten it. Formentera then was a throwback to the sixties with hippie's wearing Afghan coats walking around barefoot smoking dope. Lot's of peace and love. Wonderful place. Thanks Steve.

It is a sign of a chilled way of life. In Scotland we have "Highland time" which is similar... There is an old joke that there is no direct equivalent to the Spanish word manana in Gaelic as they never had need of a word for such urgency!

Still not seen you visit the Bell Rock Light house yet. Just a thought. And you hunting down Calamari... So glad you found some. Would it have been funny if you found a Shell shop and google says the nearest place which sell Calamari was on Ibiza! 😆Only joking. Tuesday bonus video. Just have time for a break to watch. Thank you Steve. Safe travels and we will see you in the next one. 😃👍

If you ever come to the US, come to Arizona (Grand Canyon State) never ending stuff to do. Sedona is here. Mountains, lakes, herds of wild horses, famous artists and down south , just beyond Tucson (too sahn) we have a beautiful adobe cathedral called St Xavier del bac. The pearl of the desert, several hundred years old and built in Spanish style. Lots of Native American art around the state, you could end up in Northern Arizona at Monument valley where many western were filmed.

Steve Marsh, Cat Whisperer! We say it nearly every video, how beautiful, but today's was spectacular! My husband, lighthouse fanatic said " Oh, let's head to Nubble Light ( cape neddick maine) for a sunrise breakfast by the light, and then up to Portland Head for a sunset picnic by the sea!" Sure hubby, but we should wait a few months? We're due for and ice and snow nor'easter...lol. Thank you Steve for sharing the world with us.

At 5:30 they made this into a cracking, if not somewhat brutal in places, film called The Lighthouse At the Edge of the World starring Kirk Douglas and Yul Brynner. Great adventure as always, Steve. I wonder if the island is suitable for a multiday thruhike exploration, seeing as how you made it seem so easy to get there.

Oh goody, something to watch at lunch time. This reminded me of our time in Almeria. Rural scenes, cats, scrubby land. I thought there was no chance of finding calamari. It looked pretty good, not out of the freezer. We are so polite when speaking Spanish. Where I lived no one said please or thank you. I guess to Spanish ears it sounds weird..
