OMG, I LOVE your guest list. I've worked in shows like Jonathan Ross/Graham Norton and haven't been this excited. You've got the movers and shakers of the curly world on!? The only time I ever felt this kind of excitement was when Tom Cruise and Roger Moore was on (I'm showing my age now). How informative I find everything that you show, obviously that's the point. I didn't know such attachments were available, what a genius gizmo. My poor husband's going to have to move to the shed with all the hair paraphernalia I'm getting. Melanie's hair looks great! I'll be honest, it's nice watching some curl folks which are a similar age to myself. In the world of YT I feel ooooldd.

I really wish you all would actually SHOW the carve and slice cut for those of us who don't live by a ouidad salon, so that the stylist we do have can get an idea of what we need in a cut...

They need to attend a Ouidad Academy training to learn how to do the cut. The basic training takes 3 days. Or, you can learn the Raw Curls Cutting System at the Raw Curls Academy and it takes 2 full days for the basic training.

I love Ouidad, their products and cuts are so much better than Deva and don't operate on Lorraine Masseys mythology.

They aren’t showing the “carve and slice”. If you have white girl curls… be aware… the carve and slice will thin your hair! I don’t think they did it to her hair. About 1/3 of my curls are gone!

Her hair is naturally straight! There is no frizz - her roots are smooth and straight! All you're doing is styling it curly - nothing more. And the cut - what cut? Your simply trimmed a few bottom strands. I have very curly and frizzy hair that I've spent my life combating. It does not help those of us with REAL curly hair when we see videos like yours for "dealing with curly hair" done with people who do not have naturally curly hair. All it does is show us you truly don't understand.
