Out of every cool scene in The Outsiders, this scene has to be No. 1 for me! Reminds me of back in the day at 18. Just got my Mustang Convertable and went to pick up my Cousin across the road. Put the top down early Sat morning on my weekend off, and took her down to the curvy roads till we hit the blacktop headed into a small Country Town of Wiggins, MS to the local Frosty Mug- Them early Sat morning days Spring Time, in a new Mustang Convertable with the top down blastin some beats watching the Country Folk stare and pull up at the gas station acting like some rock star everyone staring) . Me with my leather jacket and Converse on dressed Punk Rock- Greaser. We were sitting in the parking lot and I pull my handgun out my glove box "Hey Cuz! CHECK This OUT!". Such an Awesome weekend that always reminds me of The Outsiders and especially on one of my favorite weekends! RIP Cuz Stacie, Johnny and Dally too.
