When I was 4 my dad shot himself ending his life after my mom left him. As I get older, I exhibit more and more mental health issues. I have tried my hardest to get better, seeing more and more doctors, therapist, drugs. I am 30, he killed himself at 32. I will soon outlive my father and will have done it with the strongest effort I have ever been able to muster. The days drag on. I am completely alone in this. The loneliness and the lack of understanding is what pushes me into the deep end.

Try to find a group bro. We humans need support and getting understood. A universal need. Respect, you seem a strong man

You are NOT alone. Millions of people at any time have the "pretty bad brain stupids" (my favorite term for mental health problems). It helps a lot to talk with others who really get it; it is bad enough to, for example, be depressed; it is even worse to be depressed and isolated. I hope you are feeling better these days, I see this post is almost a year old. Don't give up on yourself, and don't give up on other people. People can heal, and people can be kind. Hang in there. 💗

my mom left this world because she had cancer - that was when i was 17, in 2013. Eversince then it was so hard to find my way and i did drug abuse too, MDMA, weed, Alcohol... i smoked like a chimney.. and even were homeless. But i got over it and i quit the abuse and self destruction because i didnt want to waste my life and make it - in a good way! And i know you can do this too my friend! Otherwise you wouldnt have been chosen to make this journey here called human experience :) One Love.

Matt Campion looks like an offspring of Pedro Pascal and Andy Bell (from the fantastic 80's duo band Erasure) if they had a baby together. Panic attack is no joke. It is terrifying. It may come once in a while or often but when it does happen, it is terrifying. I've suffered through it a couple of times.
