Thirteenth Amendment misquoted at about 25:30 minutes. The 13th Amendment did not abolish either slavery or forced servitude. This is a common misperception. It had a loophole that perpetuated slavery through the penal system. This loophole became the basis for what became known as "pig laws" that targeted primarily black people into the 20th C. for minor offenses or even no offense. Black men and women were charged with crimes for which they had to pay off through forced and uncompensated labor often to the former slave owners and/or their descendants. This practice persists to this day via privatized (i.e. for profit) prisons.

You were doing fine until you unloaded that last lie and hoax about for profit prisons. Funny as you write like the typical black inmate is innocent, yet you make sure 24x7 that you live as far from a black person as possible, so that you or your family don't become his next victim of violence. Black criminality is off the charts in America, everyday and everyway as ALL crime stats as well as 1000's of video hours show. Just an example what the average white person falls victim to every year on average. Heather MacDonald writes in the City Journal that most hate crimes are committed not by whites but rather by blacks. MacDonald presents the statistics, which do not lie. She writes: "From 2016 to 2020, blacks nationally were twice as likely to commit a hate crime as whites, according to FBI data, among hate-crime suspects whose race and ethnicity were known." As to local hate crimes: "In New York City, from 2010 to 2020, blacks were 2.42 times as likely as whites to commit a hate crime…Blacks in Los Angeles committed anti-Asian hate crimes at 4.8 times the rate of whites in 2021…committed anti-gay hate crimes at seven times the rate of whites, and anti-Semitic hate crimes at 2.4 times the rate of whites."
