Oh man. I can't believe how many years I wore hose. How did I even do that💗 So many things I just endured for years, and I don't even know how.

So I was diagnosed at 46, and just turns 50. I’m finding it so difficult to accept the new me.😢 ..3 boys who are teenagers now. They’ve got no patience for me because I can’t express myself sometimes… I know what I want to say but can’t get the words out and don’t have the energy like I used to. I’m having DBS in Feb. I hope this helps me. ❤ listening to you ladies. I can relate with all you talking about. The back and neck pain, dystonia in the head, feet etc. multitasking is so difficult… to not be in control is so difficult for me too. It’s crazy how this disease changes a person!!

Thanks for your comment. We hope DBS helps, too. Three teenagers and once AND Parkinson's on top of it: it'd be hard for anyone to always have the energy for that! While not all energy-level difficulties are related to fatigue, here is an interesting article about the idea that exercise might help treat fatigue: content.iospress.com/articles/journal-of-parkinsons-disease/jpd225116
