The more I listen to her talks I keep thinking that I actually turned out pretty good. I'm the youngest of seven kids so my mom was an older parent to me (she was also single) and she was just trying to keep food on the table. I didn't get much help with my homework and I didn't graduate high school, but on my own I learned to play an instrument, on my own I played sports, on my own I learned to paint, on my own I took dance classes, on my own I learned a trade and became a contractor. Unfortunately my wife and I went through ten years of infertility issues before finally being blessed with our son and sadly my mother didn't live to see me become a father. But I strongly feel my mothers strength and tenacity in my son, he's only three but I strongly believe that he will grow up to be an awesome person with or without my help..

I love this talk ... it exposes the lie ... the lie that tells us we at not good enough, the voice that keeps us in fear, the insane external search for happiness, joy and acceptance ... when everything you will ever need is within you ...the only internal voice you should listen to is the one that encourages you, loves you and does not create fear within you.

This physical realm is about the being that we are experiencing duality, as well as raising the vibration of the cosmos to Christ Consciousness. Once we understand and break the conditioning of duality, that's where true freedom is born. We must embrace the fact that we are constantly evolving. Everything that exists in this physical reality is constantly evolving and adapting to change. Dr. Shefali you are truly awesome, it would be my extreme pleasure to meet you or even have a conversation with you ❤️✨✨✨😄👁️🗨️

For me, "awakening" was realizing that American capitalism has sold us the "wrong bill of goods". "Consumerism" results from media brainwashing repeatedly telling us what we "must" have in order to be "complete" vs focusing on developing our spiritual selves & cleaning up emotional damage.

Everything we do comes from us trying to avoid death. But death is inevitable, and death is not bad. Once we understand that death is not a good or bad thing, it just is and we have to accept it, then we become courageous, fearless, and truly unafraid to be unapologetically who we are on the inside.

I think the whole point is that what you find inside is neither happiness nor sadness, it just is. It's awareness of life without labels. Because again, happiness implies that what doesn't make you happy is bad, which goes back to her point of the duality of "good" and "bad;" "happy" "unhappy."

Damn, I have no words to articulate the awe I'm feeling right now as a result of this talk. But, all I can say is that now I am truly convinced that something higher than me--a power so greater than my matrix-conditioned mind, my personality, can ever comprehend--lives inside of me. It is guiding me and making me stronger every day. And it is leading me in light and love. Here and Now, I am nothing; and I am everything. Life is as it should be--things, situations, people, are as they should be. I am nothing--I am everything. I am on another dimension--and it feels so good to be here. I have left the matrix--I am no longer fighting and hustling for my worthiness. I am no longer self-seeking in the world--things, situations, people and power. I am no longer perpetuating the life of pain driven by fear, and the false belief that absolution of the Now is in the future. I am no longer deriving an identity of Self from the past. I am no longer buying into the lie. I am not my mind--I am not the pseudo-mind-created image of Self. I am not my ego. I know who I am. I know what my purpose on Earth is. I am the Space, the Awareness, in which all things take form in the world of gain and loss. I am nothing and nobody. I am here, on Earth, in the Republic, as a Being expressed in this body and image. I am here, now, with a personality, the conditioned mind, as a custodian of positive change--to enable the Universe to unfold its purpose for and on Earth through me. I am an instrument of Peace. I am more than the tags, the identities, and labels and categories, the essence that preceded my existence, I have been given by the culturescape. I am equally more than the matrix-derived ethos I have given to myself as a result. I am nothing; I am everything. I am Being. I am what I am when I am--I am who I am when I am. I don't have problems right now. I only have life situations that I can deal with in the Now. Or accept, and delay to attend to in the future Now. I don't create drama--pain and suffering--for myself in my life. All that I ever was, all that I ever will be, all that I am--is Here, Now. I have "died before I die"--there is no death, only a dissolution of form. Life, consciousness, Being, the Soul, You, Me, are eternal. Your personality with a psychology makeup and a body with an identity--that dies. Therefore, I shall not be afraid. I will not be shaken or call to action by constructed-psychological fear. I know the lie; I am now seeking the truth within--and the Universe is on my side, letting me in the well of wisdom and truth through these small glimpses, omens, these talks, books, moments in time, and Stillness. I am listening. I could be wrong about all of this--nonetheless, thank you, Universe, for this message at this moment, now. I heard what I needed to hear. I am aligned, body, mind, and soul. It is all neither good nor bad--it just is what it is. I am what I am-- I am nothing; I am everything. I am no one--I am everyone. I am a child of God. The Son and The daughter of the Universe. This perspective is it--this is the guidance. I am grateful.

We never accept disability and shun people who are disabled. We feed on the less able ones and feel good about it, that we are better. We want perfection. Perfect bodies, perfect lives. Anything else isn’t worthwhile bothering about. Expensive is better. Real hearts with real feelings are messy and we fear these. This perfect image we are being sold everyday, isn’t real and won’t survive when nature knocks on the door to shake us awake. Our modern world isn’t sustainable. Unless we want less and embrace all life, not just the beautiful and acceptable.

I love all this but I get confused when I hold it up under certain lights. If you had many children who all died in a horrific car accident would that just be an experience? Neither good nor bad? And if you could get all their lives back if you wanted, but that wanting is considered egoic (because you’re the one who is suffering) would you choose to leave them dead to avoid identifying with your ego? I wouldn’t care. I’d want all my kids back. What am I missing?

@@Tech0231 ... You missed the entire "point" of the lecture. In essence the Good and the Bad balance each other in what is the one whole, the source of creation. They all happen for us and not against us, it just comes down to what we communicate out to the Source of Creation. I so love this presentation because I just thought and wrote something on this light yesterday. The Universe is out to give me comfort to carry on seeking and living the truth. Thank you.

Every time I start to fall asleep, it comes back, but now in the form of pain.... it is not suffering any more, it became pain.... so its natural.... so experiencing it is possible since pain is real, (suffering is not), every time, fully, with no excuse, no theory and with no mental defense.... its the most powerful type of experience I am certain we can have.... good talk it points in that direction... start touching your own suffering and something new will happen

In a similar manner, J Krishnamurti and Vernon Howard talked about how to become awake. We live in two worlds, the outer which is for practicality and the inner which is free of labels and expectations to become something. Dr. Tsabary is certainly another great voice to be heard.

A psychologist who introduces non-dualism to a new audience. This barely touches the surface of ancient Vedic wisdom which I’m still exploring lol! I appreciate the speaker’s perspective on this matter though

SIMPLY FANTASTIC ! Thank you so much for sharing this. May it be seen by enough people to create a tipping point for a new collective Timeline for the human race.

I wanted to jump and give her a bear hug. Her insight (and her journey that led it to it), the person that she is, it is so freeing to experience that. I felt if she can speak her truth loud and clear, then so can I.
