The swarming and tearing apart of the abusive parents makes perfect sense, the abused, disfigured, young boys who've lived in the walls and the vents, have witnessed EVERY SINGLE ABUSIVE ACT those monstrous abusers have EVER done! Eyeless, earless, tongueless, they were still witnesses, and they knew justice was DUE.

I've always loved this movie! There were so many movies about gang violence and people acting like Black or poor people were responsible for the problems in the world, especially after the riots, when I was a kid I ALWAYS sided with the monsters and the street smart kids! It's still so refreshing to have a horror movie where the creatures in the walls, the thieves and the voiceless mutants, they're the heroes! Attack the Block is a brilliant British Sci-Fi Horror film you'll absolutely love, though you might need subtitles.

I remember seeing this in theatres. It got so dark so fast, and it made quite a few people in the theatre get up and walk out because it made them feel sick or it really offended them. I thought it was amazing! You couldn't help but be in Fool's corner and the "Couple" seemed like the kind of people you'd find in a sadistic version of Leave It to Beaver, if it were mixed with an episode of Double Dare, in Hell.
