Today is my 59th Birthday. I celebrated it with 590 6-ct Burpees, 590 pushups, 590x2 = 1180 Squats, 5.9KM run. Totally. enjoyed! Just a year ago, I couldn't even do 4-5 burpees without panting! Thanks for being the inspiration. This 1-2 combo is very interesting. Will try this weekend!

Hi, I started your workouts during the pandemic and managed to completely transform my body. Before, I had been going to the gym and ran 6-8miles every week, so I was pretty fit. Since then, I dropped a few kilos of muscle mass and can lift less, but got superhuman level of fitness and stamina in return. I could only do 100 burpees for the first time I tried, just under 20 mins. In a year and a half, I completed the 1000 burpee challenge, I can do 300 navy seals and it seems easy too. I recently bought the 1lb crossrope and started using it. It's good to have a variety, otherwise it would get boring. More recently I stepped up a level and started hardcore burpee sprints (10-14 rep a minute sustained for 20-40 mins). It is the hardest workout ever...but most rewarding as well. Next level up now is the 'scientific approach to burpees': 45-60mins x4 a week in 'zone 2' and once a week 4minsx5 in 'zone 1'...it will be insane! I recently watched a guy at Joe Rogan and according to his science this is the key for longevity. Could you please do a workout for VO2max in 'heart zone 1' for motivation? Like 3-4min all out and then recover for a few minutes and repeat it 4-5 times? Thanks, Pete

I love this workout! Thank you for this awesome and effective 30 mini blaster. I modify mine a little to get some pull ups in. Instead of doing the 10 1 and two pump burpees each round I do 5 navy seals and then 5 pull ups. Such a great complete workout that doesn’t take too long but is challenging and highly effective. 🙏💪

Wolf first I was initiated to you back in 2020 cuz of the lockdown,in 21 I went back to the gym but I had some back issues and the doctors adviced to stop the weight training....For a month I got seriously emotionally hurt but then I remembered that we don't need no weights...I forgot the fundamentals man,the burpees dips squats and pull ups...

Hell yeah just bought a good KB yesterday and realized I now have all of the equipment you use, now I can follow anything you post. Any experience with working through shoulder/rotator cuff pain on pushups?

Try with different band prehab exercises like pullaparts ,facepulls and dislocations... doing overheadpress is very important too... The main thjng tho is that you are probably experiencing pain from overuse ... Take a one week deload and next week use various pushups variation to not overuse a specific joint angle... Do 100 reps of prehab exercises before workout and do heavy sholder press and Kettlebell rows twice a week and you ahould be fine
