I cannot live without, "now let's cut that waffle". So, I would like you to keep your intros. You do NOT need to cut it down as you are already pretty short. There are many creators that I can place the cursor almost 10 minutes in and not miss a beat. Your introductory remarks are really good. I never do that with your intros. However, shorter is always better. Much love. You are one of my favorite content creators. Byeee.

Rob, As one of the OGs to the channel, i personally say keep them in. Yes, i agree that some content creators' intro are painful and have me tuned out before they start. But you seamlessly tie them into your topic so they go unnoticed, at least for me for the most part. Just my two cents.

Hi Rob. I think your intros are just the right length. You say everything that is necessary for us to know about your chanel, about the content of the video we are going to watch and you go straight to the content. That is just the right amount of informations in my opinion 😊 Also, I have ti say how humble of you is not to talk too much about your own skincare brand. You are so objective, even though you have your own products which you could promote much more than some other brands, you always give us your objective and honest opinion about other brands. That is so rare to see. Usually when some content creator has its own brand or line of products they will talk about that much more than about something else. That is one of the reasons why I love you and your channel. Your honesty is like a breath of fresh air 💛💛💛

The introduction you give is ideal as it lets us know exactly what will be happening in the video, so please, keep it in. Anyone complains they can just forward! I was just trying to find a new cleanser as Ive been using Cerave for years but feel its time to kick them to the kerb. This video is perfect timing. The minute you mentioned the Skin1004 set I jumped onto my app and ordered it straight away. Ive been using the Heimish cleansing balm for years now as my first step but it will be nice to try something new for a change. Thanks Rob. Have a great day x

I'm currently using the transprent lab oil cleanser and it's so nice! 😍 I like the thin texture and it's going to last a long time. Removes waterproof mascara perfectly. I think I'll stick with it from now on 😊

The Skin1004 oil cleanser and foam ampoule are my favorites! The oil cleanser doesn't sting my eyes at all. The ampoule is soft, effective, and non-stripping. I use the Krave cleanser in the morning and it doesn't irritate my sensitive skin. Holy grails for sure!

As my daughter is in marketing and social media I am beginning to understand and this is one of the reasons I answer your questions. So stay the way you are, look what your audience wants and leave the timestamps as you do anyway. However as you are such a great content creator I cannot believe that anyone will stay away from you. Regarding the cleansers. I have non. That is of the ones you rewarded. I have the Anua oil cleanser and finish with Mary and May vegan or Rovectin. Depending on where I am. When I travel I use Heimish cleansing Balm. ❤

I use the Beauty Bay cleansing balm at the minute for when I have makeup. It's one of the best for the price point! I also have and love the Face Facts ceramics hydrating cleanser. Such a good bog standard one that I can find in B&M/Home Bargains when I'm buying my home bits! I love a chatty intro but I think that's because it's you, Rob. I like the jelly joker but in a pinch I also really like aveeno oat cream cleanser. I really love a pump for packaging. I would love to see a video with your ideal ingredients for a skin care routine. Not just the buzzy ones that don’t have a lot of science behind them. But tried and true ingredients. Like I can’t live with out co q 10 and vitamin c in a routine. I would love to hear yours. It’s one of my favorite conversations to have with my fellow skin care nerds.

I have never liked oils as 1st part of double cleansing. Even when rinced carefully, and even after 2nd cleansing, it still felt like there were residue left that broke me out. As a combo, sensitive, acne prone skin, I have very much enjoyed the Bioderma Sensibio micellar water - the classic one. I use it on a very smooth cotton pad, rince it with water and then go for my cleanser - which is the "tea tree oil face wash" from Australian Bodycare atm and I like it so far. But since I do not wear makeup, I only double cleanse when I use spf.

I would have to say the transparent labs cleanser is my favorite. I also love the Dr. Sam’s Flawless Cleanser and they have great prices. My least favorite was the Molecular Silk Amino hydrating cleanser. The size is like a travel size and not a full size. I’ll continue to use it so that I don’t waste it. Thanks for the recommendations!!!

❤the intros x Have you tried the Prequel Gleanser? Glycerin cleanser, lovely and gentle with a very different jelly like feel like nothing else I’ve tried. Leaves skin super soft and great for the body especially if sensitive like mine. Comes in a whopping 400ml bottle, a bit pricey though buying in the UK, around £36 when comparing with $18 from the states!!

Prequel is only available at US 😅 … I am in Canada and we can not buy from Prequel, I don’t know when and if one day 🤷‍♀️ The company answer me « Hope to be expand in the futur ». Many people in Canada, UK, etc. want to buy and try but we can not 😢

As they sent it to me I didnt know the price and £36 is a lot but when you think its 400ml thats actually not as bad as thats a huge size.. I am so excited to try it, I think it should arrive this week and I will be riding into the parcel and looking forward to lathering it on my face lol.. love xx

I don’t really understand the criticism. You are introducing the topic of the video, not repeating a scripted essay every video. I think majority of viewers would prefer to know the topic of the video before they watch-it’s more structured/professional. But I don’t care I always just play you or a few other YT videos as my “sleepy videos” so I can relax and fall asleep to.
