Black people generally have good genetics, my best mate is the same. Obi having those good genetics, being into body building and taking PEDS would of have him the Physic and a good start on strengthens then carrying those over to CrossFit..it’s worked really well

Obi, Are all the exercises in the video one workout to do in one day? Or does 1A, 1B, 1C and 1D are one workout, and 2A, 2B, 2C are another workout to do in other day? I've never tried fbw in that form before
@thesushilegend55233 жыл бұрын
99.9% - it’s all one day. 1a/b/c/d are a superset back to back no rest in between but rest at end of D. Repeat twice more. For three total supersets. Then onto superset 2 etc.

Might be a silly question - for the "split" exercises (e.g. DB Z Press, Bulgarian split squats) is it 10 reps total (e.g. 5 on each side) or 10 reps per side (e.g. 20 total)?

Thanks for the workout bro, I want to give it a try but you confused the hell out of me 😂 you kept saying the “next superset is” about 3/4 exercises in a row. Then by the 9th exercise (Tricep plank press) you said “the 3rd superset is” 🤯 so I’m just not sure which exercises I’m supposed to be supersetting. If you could clarify that would be cool 😎

This is great but I find the supersets confusing. It’s not clear which exercises are superset with which.
@bryanbigger92 жыл бұрын
If there is the same number in the grouping, it's the same superset. The letters behind the numbers are the different exercises of the superset. i.e.: 1A, 1B, 1C, 1D is 1 superset with 4 different exercises
