I got to know today how weak my legs actually are. Edit: 9 months in and I've become *so* strong! My body looks *completely* different. I can do behind the back pistol squats now. I'm training other calisthenics skills too. Mere words aren't enough to thank you Igor.

@@DMISTERNOOB I haven't worked out in like 9 months, got real busy with adult life and lost motivation. But I'm not down yet! Gonna start again, even if I have to from scratch! But 10 months ago I was able to hold L-sit for over 30 seconds, unlocked advanced tuck planche, Shoalin squats, sissy squats, dragon flag, Mayurasana and several other skills. Will gain them all back and gonna add more soon!

I'm on day 2. First day push ups killed me only did 4 on the last max out set. Abs were fine. Today legs were like nothing, abs were ok. So glad my biking hobby helps here :)

You can do that exercise without a wall too. An isometric exercise where you pause in the middle of the squat and hold that position.

Mine was begging for mercy on Explosive Bulgarian squats, I was able to do only half of them when tried for the very first time, and only 15 sec of wall squat))) Now I'm at DAY 25 and doing much better, being able to finish all exercises. Though, I was really defeated at DAY 21 when need to repeat legs after 3 mins rest... D: ...and there's also DAY 27 which is going to be after tomorrow ... wish me luck)))

Love from India .. Tried this randomly for day 1 and i could feel the heat! Tried again after 1 day gap and i could do it better... Tried again after 1 day gap and i could complete all of it for the first time. Now its all about consistently and i am going to stick with it!! Will keep updating as i progress! But change is already felt in the legs!!

Hey Igor. I am doing your 28day programme at the moment. Thanks for that man, it's amazing. I've noticed a few things that need tidying up though. Some titles don't match up with the videos e.g. Day 8 says 'Chest, Back and Abs' but the videos are for 'wider, arms and posture'. Also the Day 9 legs video points to the Russian language version of it. Just small things like this that need a bit of tidying up :)
