Been doing this workout for about 2 months, i do 1 minute breaks instead since I'm doing everything weighted and the results are crazy, I used to always skip legs and only focus on upper body and usually all I did for legs was running so I didn't have much muscle however it was always toned but my legs literally blew up like crazy within just these two months. Thanks so much Igor!!

@I StM I yeah, it's a pretty good leg workout for a beginner, but you still have to progressive overload to see further results. By doing this workout routine for 2-3 times or adding extra weight on your body by wearing a backpack full of weights.

I’m a girl and I will do this workout as much days as I can, here is my progress: 1 day - feel good, almost can’t walk, my legs are no even muscle 2 day - break, little pain 3 day - it’s was harder to do than 1 day, but such a nice burning 🥵 I can see difference between 1 day, my legs get fitter than before 4 day - I can see little muscles, no pain, I did it again, it was hard 😮‍💨😮‍💨

1st time trying this home workout, i loved the burn. ill be back in a week next time i do this workout, and with an update. I think ill stick with this particular one for at least a month and see how the results turn out. see ya in the future edits: week 2 -- owwwww (fuckin golden) w3 - still feeling the burn, but maybe getting easier slowly. both good things. i did have to sub jump squats (2x) w pulsing squat hold & normal squat hold cos i did this week late at night, didnt want to wake the fam w4 - felt too easy last week, added a resistance band for the squat-type exercises. also did 4x15 hammie curls w a band and 20lb calf raises afterwards too w5 - added more weight on the split squats and heavier resistance band on the jumps & reg squats... i think i can push more tho so i think next week ill do the workout x2 w6 - this one hurt more than normal dk why. didnt have time to do x2 today- next week for sure 💪 w7 - yup, did x2 of the whole vid, plus 2 sets of hammie curls w a band, & x1 calf raises +20lb. How should i up it next week...? 😅 w8/9 (skipped last week... life) - stuck w 2x of the workout again this week, a few tendon issues unrelated to the workout figure i shouldnt test my luck lol been forgetting to update this on the last few, but im still here lol. think im going to try x3 today, been doing x2 the past little bit

Hello update, I am now so demotivated. It was then when I warmed up because I have leg day. I don't know why but even after a light warm up, my heart would go beat crazy fast and my lips would go pale. I am so concerned about myself. Now, I think I would not achieve my goal to have a perfectly muscular body.

wow, I just started working out again and wanted something short for legs today. I used to do p90x for a full hour. In 6 minutes I can't walk and I didn't even do every second bc I have bad knee pain. Saving this to do couple times a week

Try a Shaolin monks squats or static hold, it will burn your legs like hell literally go for 2 min atleast.
