One of my favorite has always been this delicious homemade pecan brittle candy. I do understand that sometimes these candies can be a little intimating, but if you take your time and get all your ingredients ready before you start this recipe, you will do great. I used maple syrup over corn syrup because thats all i had.. came out way better than expected. My 5 year old Daughter loved it.

I hope this works :/ I tried to make peanut brittle about 5 years ago, and it looked perfect! But when I broke it up and took a bite, it stuck to my teeth so bad it nearly pulled them out.

Instead of peanut butter, I added 6 pieces of chopped candied bacon and 3 T of bourbon😊👍🏼
