Leg training is just as difficult as upper body training. Maybe most calisthenics guys neglected it's because they're thought they're legs would get heavier and they're would lose their planche lmao.

I did this routine, 4 exercises in a superset, and my legs were sore for 5 days. At first, I was pretty casual about training legs but now I see how you have to train legs with calisthenics. You have to use volume and plyometrics to be really effective.

I heard a great leg workout is walking and running. Up and down bleachers or steps with a heavy bag. Front loader so it targets quads mostly. A hundred lbs heavy bag or sac you load with sand exc.

One of the best leg workouts i done. Short powerful! It hits part of my legs that other workouts don't. I didn't finish it because im baking all day tomorrow lol. I will definitely keep doing this. Now i have faith my legs will grow and be more defined since my hips are bigger than my legs. Blessings! And i love the scenery!!

I just did this workout n i got an amazing pump! I never train like this explosive style. I’ve been doing bodybuilding/weightlifting since i started my fitness journey 9 months ago.
