It seems to me you've optimized the tune with the exhaust. Right after a top speed run shut it off without letting it idle down and check your plug and that should be burning clean (relatively). The best way to dial an engine in without a wideband o2 sensor imo! Great work btw!

Done a few 2 stroke pipes with the silencer scooters, motorbikes, gopeds, lawn equipment lol yup" welding up flanges & bends one great example of horsepower was on the GoPed from the little box stock muffler 2 in expansion chamber the powerband was like night and day difference and definitely gained horsepower, but did 4 strokes dirt bikes with the supertrapp header exhaust that cones out* has adjustable baffles for back pressure which I actually got a bike to perform better with some backpressure added, like the ol fox body with 2 chamber flowmasters lost off the line torque but gained up top, added Ferrari Monza resonators at the end of the pipe and new released all the droning on the interstate, but"" a super trap would be perfect for a mini" tunable exhaust,tunable carb , tunable power, had 1 on my XT 600 Enduro too" made say around 10,15% more power than stock pipe"

Wonder if a FMF silencer would do or be like" sound ,power, from YZF 125, 250cc 4 stroke, I know 4 strokes don't rely on pipe/ muffler power, like a 2 stroke expansion chamber that needs back pressure for maximum potential pressure wave inside the pipe" as some say it's like a super charging effect almost" great video need a pit cruiser to fart with " a BT 200 with a big bore tilly " custom powder coat" or a mega moto" ( full suspension)

Yea I figured this out wen I put my maglight attachment it made your exact measurements I just bored out the maglight and pressed fit it over the 3 stage header man it really made a big wake up then I did your trumpet attachment and BAM total Beast now I want it quiet again lol

Used to make a header long and cut just after the bluing after a couple of runs. Of course that was old school briggs and too poor to buy parts had to make our own. I like that bike!

11.25" is my best exhaust length giving me 4 mpg on my ct200u-ex. 44mph is plenty for me. Love the increase of power off the line.

I'm predicting just under 3 feet, or to use more accurate measurements 891mm. just paused again at 7:15 and hoping for 3 inches more off. & I am really hoping you measure the total length, I was talking about this a few Days ago with someone who does Grass karting, Knowing my own exhaust is too short, but it's a packaging thing. Pausing again at 9:50... the Heat discolouration is telling me a story in that veiw. Please measure the Total Length of the exhaust now, I would really love to know & see how it compares to my Mathematical calculations

Had a Aprilia Sr - 50 scooter 2 stroke water-cooled fuel injection hydraulic disc, on 13" pirelli tires, derestricted the stock pipe got a few more mph on the top and pulled her through the section but had gotten my hands on leo vince z x pipe " that they used to sell in the States but no more and gain 3/4 horse power over the stock pipe" substitutel amount of horsepower for something it only has a couple horsepower

I think a lot of that is the heat that’s building in the engine. Colder engine, thicker oil, slower it is. Just a thought
