My husband loves steak so... Lunch was ribeye with a mushroom sauce, homemade crispy/fluffy baked steak fries with a side of broccoli and greens. My daughter had no where to go so.. I made her mushroom Mac n' cheese fried chicken fillet with a side of broccoli, that's what she wanted. My husbands favorite tiramisu homemade for dessert. 😰 I'm exhausted but happy my family is happy😊

It helps to strain your broth through with cheesecloth or a layer or paper towel in your colander to help remove any bits from cooking the meats and fat as well... Also wow do you ever not over fill your IP?? Anyway love your recipes man.

Everytime I make it, I feel like the fish sauce overpowers the beef or that theres not enough beef flavor (but this recipe seems to fix that!)

@@terryshin4948 I didn't. The amount of money and time it cost to get the ox-tail, meat and bones ended up being more than if I had just gone out and bought myself and my gf a bowl of fresh Pho. A package of Oxtails alone costs me around +$15, not to mention the other meats which totaled $40. Most Pho places sell medium bowls for $12... so yeah... it was relatively expensive to make. Easily the most disappointing moments in my home cooking life.
