"When you're working out repetitions how many? If you're doing a dribbling drill you should dribble until losing the ball seems weird. If you're doing a shooting drill you should shooting until missing feels weird. I might need 400 but you may need 4000 every player is different. I won't tell you specifically 10 reps because you might not have it mastered in 10 reps" 4:02 appreciate this interpretation because it's 100% accurate Ryan!

Hey R2 I’m trying to master getting quicker with the ball and actually selling my moves. I’m also trying to speed up the quickness of my shot and trying to get close to perfect form on every shot. Thank you so much for this workout it’s my spring break right now and I’m working on this for hours ❤
@WorthDude003 жыл бұрын
in the next 2 weeks i want to work on mastering, mid range pull up either off a pick n roll or just recognizing that the defense is giving me enough space to 1 dribble pull up. work on avoiding contact finishing(specifically with my right hand because for some reason even though im right handed i can do left handed finishes way easier than right) such as hook shots putting the ball away from the defense. quick finishes like scoops and reverses aswell. final one is getting open and shooting off movement. such as lifting to the wing or drifting to the corner or just catch and shoot. i wanna really work on shooting since i think thats whats stopping me from becoming an elite point guard. A player had this quote im not sure who it went something like you can use your shooting to become a better passer and your passing to become a better shooter.

@WorthDude002 жыл бұрын
its going alright i guess. Im not really a good shooter yet so im still missing alot but im starting to score more with shooting but most are wide open since people know i cant shoot but i know once i start making them consistently ill become deadly. finishing is the one ive been lacking on, i used to be a good finished but now its like sometimes i can do tough up and under mid air reverse finished but sometimes i miss wide open ones but my left handed has been really good, whether its avoiding contact or going into contact i can finish really well with my left hand now.
