I let my roast sit on a drying rack in my dry age fridge for 2 weeks. I lightly dusted with msg before putting it in the fridge. MSG stops the meat from oxidizing in the fridge.

@@RadDadisRadit's a prime cut of beef (primal cut).. not prime grade(marbling).. u can have a choice grade prime rib. Its basically just a name.. if u have a 4 lbs piece of ribeye it's basically a roast and u can call it whatever u want.

That couldn’t be further from the truth. Bone is what gives meat so much extra flavor lol - ever heard of bone broth? Any soup has flavor because of bones lol - same idea applies to bone in meat

An oven like that in the states isn't too expensive. It would usually be around $500 more than the standard price of a close to high-end oven.
