Hi Josh! New subscriber here. Love your emphasis on the nutritional factors to maximize the results. I'm a 54 year old female who just started lifting heavy. I did this workout today with a couple of modifications and it was incredible! Thank you for the detailed instructions. I've always done bench press, but today....DANG! I did this workout this morning and it was pretty good. The dip station was in use during the sequence, so I had to do them towards the end and by then I was toast. Still it was challenging, thanks for the information.

2 mins in and I must say that training Chest Day, Shoulder Day, and Arms Day allows you to train Chest 2x per week, Shoulders 2x per week, and Tricpes 3x per week. Bro Split still wins.

It’s all abt finding the right time for yourself as well as staying on top of studies, I know the feeling as a college student myself, I tend to try and find time to go in the morning before my classes in the afternoon or after my classes

Upright row in a PUSH day?🤔I was almost sure that is PULL exercise and OHP overhead press fits better in a PUSH day

Lateral raises are also a pull movement but they both work the medial deltoid. OHP is still a shoulder press lol. Whether it’s barbell or dumbbell the movement is for the same muscle group.

It should be flat incline decline barbell for chest then barbell shoulder press ,barbell reverse grip front press shoulders, triceps ezbar triceps extension and bent over straight bar triceps kickbacks. Use barbell because you can use more weight and have better stability the end lol
