Thank you for the perfect pull workout (lats, delts, traps, biceps). I want to gain weight. Not by eating more food. Is there a liquid weight gain you can recommend i go and buy, that will make me gain weight from head to toe?.

Josh, I have a question about form: When doing either a single arm db row or a unilateral cable row as you demonstrated, isn’t there a risk of pulling a groin muscle or getting a hernia when doing it in a split stance? I’m of the opinion doing those exercises in an athletic stance will keep me from getting injured as I progressively overload. Your thoughts?

Chinups, which is what the woman was doing in the beginning, are much easier than pullups. She wasn't doing pullups as you said.
