2 thumbs size ginger
3 cloves garlic
1 medium size onion
2 small size tomato
4 tbsp of fish sauce
1/2 tsp of ground pepper
4 cups of rice water
2 stalks lemongrass
1 medium size fried bangus (coated with cornstarch)
1 medium size banana heart
1 cup of extract tamarind juice (adjust according to your taste)
8 pcs of okra
1 bunch of kamote tops
3-4 pcs of green chili
