I feel like when Tailor came on he was basically saying he doesn't believe in Islam because it contradicts the Bible in certain areas (animals you can eat in the bible etc). The brothers should have asked why he thinks the bible should be the standard to measure against? Especially when there is proof there are contradictions and mistakes in it. The Quran is the muhayman, and it is the truth and the standard to measure. Many things are abrogated by Allah, and a new shariah has been given. I wish the brothers would have delved deeper into that with Tailor in the beginning, would have saved a lot of time.

SUNNAH & SCIENCE: EVERY MAN HAS 360 JOINT BONES 'A'ishah (may Allah be pleased with her) narrated that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Everyone has been created with three hundred and sixty Joints. Whoever mentions Allah's greatness (says Allahu Akbar), praises Allah, extols Allah, and seeks forgiveness from Allah and removes stones from the path of the people, enjoins what is good and forbids the evil to the amount of those three hundred and sixty joints (sulama), he walks on that Day (of Judgment) having distanced himself from the Hell fire." Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated the Prophet Muhammad said (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him): "In every morning there is a charitable act on the joints of any of you. Every tasbihah (to say: subhanallah, i.e. Glory be to Allah) is a charitable act; every tahmidah (to say: al-hamdu lillah, i.e. Praise be to Allah) is a charitable act, every tahlilah (to say: la ilaha illallah, i.e. There is none worthy of worship but Allah) is a charitable act; every takbirah (to say: Allahu akbar, i.e. Allah is the Greatest) is a charitable act; enjoining the right is a charitable act; forbidding the evil is a charitable act. However, to fulfill that charity, it is sufficient to pray two rak'at of Duha." The word "Sulama" in Arabic refers to the joint. It can be also used for all the body bones and the joints between them. Most of the body bones are movable, but some are fixed as those of the skull. The Explanation of the Hadith The hadith clearly directs Muslims to be grateful to Allah, the Almighty, Who dignifies and honors man, over all other creatures, by giving him a straight upright skeleton. It has been created of a huge number of big and small bones and cartilage. Between every two bones, there is a joint to enable the bones and to protect the body's soft parts. These joints enable the person to stand up, sit down, lie on his side, bend, stretch, etc. Every Muslim who worships Allah, Glorified be He, must be grateful to Allah for every one of these joints, and offer a charitable act, in way of gratitude to His Creator, for this great blessing, without which life would have been impossible. It is amazing that the Prophet Muhammad said (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) mentioned the number of the body joints so precisely, at a time when nobody had any idea about human anatomy. Even now in the 21st century, many people still do not know the number of joints in their bodies, including many professors of orthopedics. I asked many of them, and their answer was between 200 and 300 bones, and around 100-300 joints. Likewise, many international encyclopedias avoid giving an exact number of bones and joints of the human skeleton by classifying them into major groups or subdivision. The Encyclopedia Britannica classified them into three subdivisions: 1- The Axial Skeleton: which consists of the bones of the vertebral column and the majority of the skull bones. 2- The Visceral Skeleton: which consists of the thorax (the ribs and the breastbones), the lower jaw and some parts of the upper jaw. 3- The Appendicular Skeleton: which consists of the bones of the pelvic girdles, shoulders and limbs. The Hatchinson Encyclopedia, published in 1995, mentioned that the number of bones in a human skeleton is only 206 bones. In his book titled, "The Journey of Faith inside the Human Body", Dr.Hamid Ahmed Hamid mentioned that the total number of the human body joints is exactly 360, as the Messenger of Allah(peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) stated 1400 years ago. According to Dr. Hamid, the details of these bones are as follows: First: 147 joints in the vertebral column 25 joints between the vertebrae. 72 joints between the vertebrae and the ribs. Second: 24 joints in the thorax 2 joints between the bones of the sternum and the thoracic cage. 18 joints between the sternum and the ribs. 2 joints between the clavicle and the scapulae (shoulder blade). 2 joints between the scapulae and the thorax. Third: 86 joints in the upper extremity 2 joints between the scapular bones. 6 joints between the elbows. 8 joints between the wrists. 70 joints between the hand bones. Fourth: 92 joints in the lower extremity 2 hip joints. 6 joints between the knee bones. 6 joints between the ankles. 74 joints between the feet bones. Fifth: 11 joints in the Pelvis 4 joints between the coccyx vertebrae. 6 joints between the bones acetabulm. 1 joint of the pubic sumphysis. “Total number of joints: 360” Those joints, mentioned in the hadith, are the movable joints in the human body, which give the ability to the vertebral column and hence the whole body to move freely. The immovable joints, as those joining the skull bones, are not counted here. The movable ones are also known as "The Synovial joints", for they contain a fluid known as the "Synonvial fluid". This fluid allows friction-free movement of the bones by reducing direct contact. For example, the hip joint, composed of a ball-like head of the femur that fits into a socket-like depression of the pelvis bone, makes the hip and the whole leg movements easy and flexible. Another example is the Hinge joint, which enables man to easily bend his leg. Another type of joints is called "The Gliding joints" as that of the radiocarpal (wrist) joint. In this joint, the facing bone surfaces are in most cases flat, allowing the bones to glide freely in several directions. The joint between the two upper vertebrae has a special structure. It allows the side movement of the head, through the rotation of the ball-like head of one vertebra into the socket-like depression of the other vertebra. Were it not for the joints created by Allah the Almighty, man would not have been able to move one bone in his body. The defect in one joint causes a lot of pain and problems.

@@knowledge8783 Yes, you quoted the perfect ayats. Br. Ijaz is still young and abrasive like a horse that still needs to be broken in. People who are ignorant of what they are talking about tend to be more aggressive. Br. Ijaz was saying that 2 kings 22:2 was a LIE. He also needed to read 2 Kings 22:18 - 20 I don't know if Ijaz is at all familiar with the line of the kings. Keep in mind that what is being said is that there was the GREAT KING HEZEKIAH, and after that the GRANDFATHER & FATHER of Josiah who are said to be the most EVIL KINGS ever. Then the "ship was righted," so to speak with Josiah being made king. If Ijaz were to read their history in the TANAKH then maybe he would understand better why the people were in that state and how the books were "hidden" (not LOST). At 1:06:15...Easy...because you failed to read verse 1. It says that Josiah ruled for 31 years. Verse 2 means that in that lifetime of 31 years of rule King Josiah changed all the damage his father (Amon) and grandfather (Manasseh) caused when the Book of the Law was found at age 26. That is why you have 2 Kings 22 verses 2 & 18 - 20. Read 2 Kings 23:3...And the king stood by a pillar, and made a covenant before the Lord, to walk after the Lord, and to keep his commandments and his testimonies and his statutes with all their heart and all their soul, to perform the words of this covenant that were written in this book. And all the people stood to the covenant. Now read ALL of 2 Kings Ch. 23 This is what 2 Kings 22:2 is talking about. This was done within his 31 year rule stated in 2 Kings 22:1 2 Kings 22:2 does NOT say that King Josiah WALKED IN THE WAY OF DAVID HIS FATHER...before the Book of the Law was found...but, it refers to what he did AFTER the Book of the Law was found before he died and as 2 Kings 22:20 says...GATHERED INTO THY GRAVE IN PEACE. 2 Chronicles 34:3...For in the eighth year of his reign, while he was yet young, he began to seek after the God of David his father: and in the twelfth year he began to purge Judah and Jerusalem from the high places, and the groves, and the carved images, and the molten images.
@MediaRants2 жыл бұрын
I have just noticed you missed the point he was righteous in the ways of David 2 Kings 22:2 when he is young he did right but then in 2 Kings 22:3 it says he is a different age when he found that they had been doing against the Torah when they found a copy of the Torah scrolls. So you can be righteous as a child but then in the 18th year of his reign he had found out that they had fallen away from it because of the Torah they found... So for example: Taylor Stewart keeps the law and is right before Yehovah God from say 8-18 years old.... But then 18 years after I have reigned so lets say i reigned at 8 and 18 years after that is 26 year old I had fallen away from what I had known as a child up to say 8 to 18 year old and some where between 18 and 26 I and Israel had lost our ways... You can be both at 8-18 righteous and then at 26 turn to have done wrong... this shows your lack of understanding and I actually missed this when I was talking in the actual moment... So now you have evidence it is two different times when he was RIghteous and when he fell away because he didnt keep the Torah

Quran 10:94...But if you are in doubt as to what We have revealed to you, ask those who read the Book before you; certainly the truth has come to you from your Lord, therefore you should not be of the disputers.

No offence to the panel, but out of courtesy, you must let the guest have his say and then proceed to correct him. I feel that the panel was rather unfair when speaking to "stand on scripture" even though he was firmly wrong in all things. We as muslims must remain humble despite the overwhelming knowledge some of us may have.

There was a 45 minute long segment where he was allowed to say whatever he wanted, however he wanted. A change of pace for 10 minutes with a different interlocutor doesn't mean it is unfair. If someone cannot answer a question, and engages in a "woe unto me" session, then it is fair and right to stop the irrelevant babbling and redirect them to the question. This isn't an interview stream, it isn't a Christian sermon stream, this isn't a hold my hand in conversation and cuddles stream, it's a stream to directly put a guest's beliefs *to the test*.

I have realised where the misrepresentation come around the 44 minute mark we were chatting about the supposed misrepresentation or changing of the Torah, then you jumped to 2 Kings 22:8 that they found a Torah and you imposed that the Torah was Lost which is not what it said, it simply says they found a copy of the torah in the temple they found the torah doesn;t mean they didnt have torah's in different synagogues, but I was led to believe because of verse 8 being read out of context that they were the sinners but the context is not Josiah as a sinner but their fathers, so I mis spoke and I apologise but you guys also misrepresented and changed your goal posts in relation to the Torah being lost and Ijaz said who says the torah was lost ... This is exactly what we were debating.... So stop changing the goal posts and we could have dialogued and not had ijaz being rude interupting frequently. So we were all in the wrong I am just man enough to face I was wrong in parts. 46:45 minutes you imposed that KinG Josiah sinned I said they sinned (talking of Israel) this is what mislead me to think we were talking of Josiah then you said he was righteous later, but then sinned... Josiah didnt sin. There was simply a mix up with where the conversation went.

At 57:02...that Stand on Scripture guy should've hung up on them right here. That young man Ijaz was being impertinent, and Abbas instead of being the adult in the room and asking Ijaz to just "chill out," he starts this monologue about who knows what.

@@ZeroCelsius777 Not only that but they kicked me for defending myself... Muslims do not wish to truly dialogue with Unitarians ... I admit I was a bit quick to speak on 2 Kings 22 however they made claims which were not true, and I just assumed they were right they mentioned around 46 minutes mark that Josiah was the one who sinned it explicitly states God was angry with them because of their FATHERS not josiah ... But I do accept I was quick to talk rather than say I will go away and look at this in context and respond later. The Muslims however lied it doesn't say they lost the book just simply they found it in the temple, they know the temple would have copies of the Torah as do synagogues ...

@@MediaRants Most of the time I don't listen to the whole video I fast forward a lot. I saw where Ijah was hammering you on 2 kings 22, but didn't listen to why. I am from the tribe of Judah (black American) and am MUSLIM (Mushlam in Hebrew). If Ijaz was saying that King Josiah sinned, then why did he bring up 2 Kings 22 which CLEARLY says he did not. 2 Kings 22:2...And he did that which was right in the sight of the Lord, and walked in all the way of David his father, and turned not aside to the right hand or to the left. Read ...2 Kings 22:18 - 22 You may not be aware, but the SUNNI SECT people do not believe that we (Israelites) had FEMALE prophets; so, why is Ijaz bringing up this chapter anyway?
@ZeroCelsius7772 жыл бұрын
Okay, I went back and listened to what Ijaz was saying. Wow! He never met the guy (King Josiah) and just wants to attack his character like that. The easiest question I would ask Ijaz is what about ALL the others that are said to be perfect and righteous, etc. BEFORE the TORAH was revealed? One example would be... Job Ch.1 verse 1...There was a man in the land of Uz, whose name was Job; and that man was perfect and upright, and one that feared God, and eschewed evil. How could that be without a TORAH? What about prophet Muhammad (PBUH) before he met Gabriel from age 1 - 39? Would Ijaz say...And he did that which was right in the sight of the Lord, and turned not aside to the right hand or to the left? HMMM?! However, if IJAZ would read 2 Kings 22:1 then verse 2 he will see that verse 2 is talking about HIS WHOLE 31 year reign...meaning AFTER the scrolls were found by the scribes and taken to prophetess HULDAH (PBUH). Again, he must finish by reading 2 Kings 22:18 - 20

The Gospel: Plain and Simple “But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ.” - 2 Corithians 11:3 Ask someone today if they are saved and you will most likely hear responses like these: “I have accepted Jesus into my heart.” Or “I have made him Lord of my life.” “I’ve been baptized.” “I said a prayer.” Sounds all good and churchy don’t it; but it is difficult to de-termine whether or not a person actually knows the gospel that saves them. These useless phrases don’t describe a thing about what the gospel is and has left a devastating effect of people not knowing what it is that they are saved from nor how they are saved; which leaves a more serious effect of people questioning their salvation. Let’s not muddy the simplicity of salvation that is in Christ with vague church sounding phrases that do not communicate anything. But rather present God’s word with clarity and assuredness. So here is the gospel: plain and simple. Sin was passed upon all men by one man Adam, and death is a consequence of this sin (Rom 5:12). Mankind has an eternal destiny of condemnation and wrath - Hell - because of this sin (Rom 6:23). No matter what good works one might do we are still found sinners in the sight of our Creator God. And all unrighteousness and those who follow get indignation and wrath. We cannot be found righteous for by God’s law we are found sinners (Rom 3:19-20). If we have broken even one law we are found guilty. It is for this reason of not being able to create our own righteousness and being born in a sinful flesh that we need a savior (Titus 3:5). Christ is that Savior, God manifested in the flesh, sinless, died in our place on a cross 2000 years ago. Taking upon him the wrath and judgement that was intended for us sinners. And it is through his bloodshed, burial, and resurrection on our behalf that we are able to have peace with God and forgiveness of our sins (1 Cor 15:1-4, Col 3:14). This good news is unto all but only those that believe in it are made righteous in Christ (Romans 3:22). It is then after we have heard this good news of Christ’s righteousness available to us freely, that we are sealed with the Holy Spirit and we are now part of Christ’s body the church (Eph 1:13) There is nothing that we need to do, no good works that are required, and no bad works that can separate us from our new position in Christ (Romans 8:35-39). Faith and belief in this information from God’s word is the gospel. The gospel is not accepting Jesus into your heart. The gospel is not making him lord of your life, it is not saying a prayer and it is not being baptized with water. So next time someone asks you if you are saved. Give them the clear assured answer “Yes! And let me tell you why Find more free resources at: www.graceambassadors.com
