When I saw vegan fried egg, I was excited. But my idea of a fried egg is a nice sunny side up egg with a runny yolk. This is more like a scrambled egg. It does look really good though. I will definately try Just Egg cooked your way if I can find it. Thank you!

Clever trick for the just egg. I’ve baked with it and made scrambled eggs with the whole bottle. This is great for fast meal for kids! 👍🏻

You should try making this vegan egg with mung beans. It tastes excellent and it’s so much better health wise. Especially if you skip the oil 😃

Just Fluffy is hard to duplicate, however, aquafaba added to any Moong Dal (lentil heart) mixture, easy on the sulfur Black Salt! Suggest use of counter top Aero garden for your home grown herbs and lettuce mix, and lije sonebody said Veganaisse
