Oh wow, aren't you part of the group of friends that went viral on TikTok for going on track together recently?! Jokes aside, congratulations on popping your cherry in tracking your car on Sepang! Can't believe about 2 years ago you experienced your first taxi ride on my passenger seat and now I'm going side-by-side with you on the track itself in our own respective cars. I see a lot of improvement from your driving! Seems to be a lot of input from different people so you should take some time to assess which works the best for your driving and your car's setup (because it can get overwhelming when you are trying to focus on your driving while also getting some lessons). From what I can observe in this video so far, you will need to do 3 things before your next visit: - Get fresh brake pads and decent tires - Replace your brake fluid with something of higher Dot rating (or just get a fresh one, at least) - Really bleed your brakes properly Just by doing so, you should gain the confidence to brake later with good stopping power. I know it's hard to commit to late braking when you are doubting your brakes' performance. Once again, good job on setting that respectable PB! I can safely say you can do 3:02 or less on your next visit if there's no traffic. Sub-3 minute with a few more tweaks, hehe.

Thank you for the kind words and supporting the group trackday Hariz! Wouldn't have made it to Sepang without your constant support & guidance since my first taxi ride onboard Spirit a couple of years back🙏 Of course, props to Rain & Irfan for the onboard coaching-I wonder how I'd fare on track should you give some on-track coaching but perhaps, that is a question for another day should I find myself going for a solo track outing in the future :D I'll definitely invest in the upgrades as per your recommendation (and more!) before the next outing-hardly ever had the need to do high speed late braking IRL so apologies if I appeared too timid throughout the turns as shown in this video as I am not familiar nor confident with the upper limits of my brakes...yet😅( Shoutout to Irfan who was confident enough to still instruct me to execute late braking on my final hot lap which resulted in my best time of the session) Oh and congrats on taking Miyuki out to track for the first time too! Here's to improving our respective PB's during the next trackday outing, whenever that may be🔥🙌💯
