This 15 minute workout is the perfect full body toning routine that will work every muscle in your body from head to toe. Using only your own body weight you will boost your metabolism, burn fat, and strengthen all the right areas to get you summer ready.
Incorporate this workout after a quick 15 min run/cardio 3-4 times per week and I promise you will begin to see unbelievable results in your body and strength. A workout that can be done almost anywhere and that will get you sweating, toning and leaning out.

I really love the challenge of this. I am 37, have been chronically ill, have had many injuries, and used to weigh 200 lbs. I have 15 lbs to go til Im 135 (my target weight) and I started with this video today. Thank you for doing this, Namaste

I did this tonight instead of my cardio- session because I was running late, and it felt like I did 40 regular minute cardio...I had to stop to catch my breath more than once but I managed to finish. Thank you so much, Juliana, you are beautiful inside and out 😍

I’ve been working out with you for so long! Idk, maybe 10 years… because my daughter is almost 9 and I started even before I got pregnant. I’m so grateful for you! I have most of your programs, but I still love to play random KZbin every so often. Older videos are so energetic and fun, definitely result oriented with so much youth passion and power. i remember doing this a few years ago, because my mom showed me. now i'm back to my roots. during quarantine i did no exercise whatsoever and my back aches and i'm severly out of shape (though i'm only 16). Edit: I did it 4 times in 5 days.

I have just started my new fitness journey, after years in the gym with weight lifting and fast paste Zumba classes that would make my head spin! Then to go into shut down do to the pandemic. This gave me time to reflect on my mind body and soul ! I realized that i didn't like heavy weights and fast paste classes anymore and really never did! I was just convenient for my fast paste life. Now I am still vegan on a whole plant based diet and can feel the connection to my body . The one thing missing was Boho Beautiful! Thank you for these incredible workouts I feel great and want to do them everyday! Your videos has made a great change for me. You are one of the reasons I started working out and I fell in love with doing it. This workout made me to start exercise regularly. when I first tried I couldn't do it without pausing and modifications and now it's my fav warmup. so thank you Boho. You might saved me from a lot of future health issues.

This was an AMAZING workout!! I have been completing your videos for about a little over a month now, and I can see how some people are struggling with just even the beginning but we were all there at one point. I do at least one of your videos every day along with yoga a few times a week as well. I personally feel so strong and inspired by your videos; a video never fails to leave me feeling rejuvenated. This is so true to it's promise!! Been doing this for over a month and a half now and as they promised in Three weeks, yes, three weeks you'll have a toned body!! How amazing is that! I had to do a 5 month workout break due to some medical issues (from rashes to severe anemia... turns out all physical symptoms were due to stress!!! Take care of yourselves people!), and now I'm slowly returning to my routine so I decided to start with your videos. I have forgotten how much I loved them and how great I feel after! Love the workout and your voice is very calming! ❤️ I feel great!

22.10.23: this is power. I am so glad to find this. I will have this as part of my workout routine . I love it. I sweat a lot. The leg hold got me there. Lunge hold got me too! I love the challenge!!! I am 43 and going thru my journey with boho beautiful yoga

When I come home from work in the evening and don't have much time, this is the perfect workout for me. 15 minutes effective exercises and I have at least done something for my body. No excuses to not have anytime for exercising ;)

I was never ever a even remotely fat person just to have that information clear from the get go. But I was also never one who loved to work out and it was always something I had to make myself do in order to look good in front of others and in order to have a perfect body for the summer of course. Since I found boho beautiful thoug it has become something else entirely, I now actually crave working out and it has become something that I would not give up easily for anything. It has become my tim with me and because of how the workouts are made I always feel good about myself and my body after I have accomplished one of them.

WOW! YAY it has been almost a year since I first saw this video and tried it with no success in finishing it. I kindof put it to the side and said "nah I don't like that one as much" but after a year of strengthening and tons of more challenging yoga sequences, this was actually doable! I modified because of my back pain (I didn't want to try too hard and strain it) but still was working hard! Thanks Juliana your words "with dedication and persistence it will get easier" rang true today.

So I used to workout until I got a really bad lower back pain that made me unable to do certain things and sooooo many workouts make the pain worse so I stopped working out and now I'm out of shape... until I found this 😭😭😭 omg this workout is not only makes my whole body burn but makes my back feel soooooo good and it has 100% helped with the pain. Thank you!!!!!

this is hard but very effective for the shaping of the entire body, it's difficult at first but gets easier everytime and i love that it starches my legs and it feels so good at the end , thank you for this amazing 14 minutes

I love your videos !! i am really interested in what type of vegan diet i should eat (balanced, high carb low fat, raw till 4, raw vegan, etc....) so i would really be interested to knwo what your personnal diet and possibly a what i eat in a day... you are so healthy, happy and beautiful !!! give us your life tips, inspire us even more :)

I get very very bad period cramps but ever since I started exercising regularly 5 months ago (at least 2-4 times a week), I don't feel any pain anymore for 4 cycles now. but then, I went on vacation a month ago and got lazy, so for this month's cycle, period cramp returned. so yeah I guess it's my body telling me to get my butt back to working out. lol so here I am back to this video!
