Your wife always rates the most of fragances with low score. Definitely, a top of the favourite men fragances for your wife would be great. Think about it and release it when you can, please. Anyway, I appreciate much your own opinion. I have bought several fragances because of recommendations and they have been a success for me.

@@TheNicheFragranceCollector i did buy African Leather , Marfa stood out to me as well. I have a lot of Leather scents from Tom Ford. I like different variations of leather notes African Leather captures this well . Incidentally i also think Penhaligons Roaring Radcliff does this well 2 with the extra brandy note. I recently bought Terrible Teddy which i think definitely needs a look as well . Marc Jacobs Bang with ambroxan bombing into zone wrapped in middle with leather. Comes off nicely as spicy incense opening . Dryes down quite masculine gentlemanly. Imo

I love your reviewing style... i was always intelrested in ocean leather but i heard bad things about it's performance... therefore i never got it, it is on the very expensive side and you get 75ml. And i also live in a very hot country (israel).. maybe i will give it a try

I’m glad that I covered this in the video because I have a few people experience the same thing that I mentioned. I would recommend that you try it out and see how it plays on you. I think I'll get a sample set of Memo Paris soon! In the video you mention that you usually spray on your chest, abdomen and your arm. The chest and abdomen sprays, do you do it on skin or on your clothes?

Great to hear from you Sem and yes, I always do 3 sprays only. I always like to spray on skin, never on my clothes. This is for 2 reasons: 1. When my body warms up, I find that the fragrance blooms on me again, plus the oils then blend with me and provides a much more personal experience. 2. Because I have a broad collection, I use a different fragrance everyday, and if I spray on clothes then I’ll have that scent on the clothes and it’ll clash with my new fragrance for that day. You know I'm yet to test Alexandria II....poor form on my part! I'm going to hunt it down this weekend and check it out. When you say 'vintage' is this an early formulation or is the bottle like ultra swag?

@@TheNicheFragranceCollector it’s a bit of both, the vintage bottle is very different from the new xerjoffs but the juice is much more potent which I didn’t think was possible. It was made as an exclusive for fortnum and mason. I’m sure I read that only 100 were made.

@@accies6896 Happy to say that I had the chance to test drive Alexandria II. In full confession, I am an Oud rookie. I know I need to get more into it (if I plan to continue to review fragrances!) as a lot of the fragrance community LOVE their Oud. So I haven't graduated in this area yet. Having said that, I did enjoy the opening and warmth from this fragrance. Give me another couple of months as I work my way up the Oud ladder😬. I also tried Fars in the Oud Stars collection and I felt this was a nice entry level Oud...very floral with just a hint of Oud In relation to your Vintage bottle, if your juice is more potent, I can only imagine the Oud kick it must have 😳 Pretty cool that only 100 made, I love all things 'collecting' and to think that you have 'one' of these 100's is awesome

@@TheNicheFragranceCollector sorry I have just seen this. In all honesty, Alex 2 is a oud rookie compared to what else is one the market. Just wait until you get your nose on Zafar or Al Khat those are special. I wouldn’t say it is a potent oud honestly. The vintage bottle is just a stronger juice which I didn’t think was possible as it is a beast already!

Thank you✨ Really appreciate the words of encouragement and support! My recommendation when it comes to storing your fragrance is to keep the box (I know that this is a pain because they take up room, but I find for me that this keeps any sunlight off them). Heat and sunlight are the 2 killers. So where possible keep your fragrance's in a cool dark place. I've heard various comments on the shelf life of perfumes (eau de parfum and above) but from my personal experience, so far I'm getting 7 years + out of them. I have a number of fragrance's that I purchased at the very beginning of my 'niche' journey that are still tracking well. Good luck @gevisu 💫 Once again, thank you for the support👊🏽

I live in Norway, so temperatures are fairly low. so far I’ve only bought samples, but I recently ordered Amouage Reflection Man and Acqua di Parma Bergamotto di Calabria after smelling the samples, so these will be my first niche frangrances. looking forward to getting them! have a good day 🙌 :)

I actually ended up selling my bottle of Ocean Leather. I really like it, but I found the performance to be really lacking on my skin… Being 22 on a limited budget, I’d rather put the money into something else. Thankfully only lost 15€, which I can live with ;) Also got to wear it a couple of times.

@@TheNicheFragranceCollector I have yet to try it. I have an opportunity to get a great deal on Ocean and Oriental. I was wondering which one I should pull the trigger on first. I have Italian, Irish and Russian. I really love the Russian.

@@tonyjemz777 I would recommend Ocean. This is different to the others that you have in your collection (I have Italian and Russian too). And like my comments in the review, don't overspray; this one has awesome sillage and projection. Also it plays well all year round. Good luck Tony!
