Well yes, but actually no. You have exactly as much penetration as it has armour, at point blank, at 0 degrees of angle. Introduce ANY angle and ANY distance and the shot that is already risky becomes impossible.

You can usually get the jumbo P through the cupola. Even in the neck of the turret and driver hatches. I know cuz of grinding german ace crew 😅 bruh

Gaijin puts m26 Pershing up to 6.7 from 6.3. And expects us to choose it over the 2 other more heavily armoured versions of it and upgunned versions. Most American vehicles are overtired asf in this game it’s so fucking annoying.

Yeah but every American vehicle now is overtiered asf now. Pershing is at the same be as the heavy in the video now, why??? Countless of American tanks in this game are overtiered

@@Aperson84782 Well, the whole existance of the T26E5 made an encounter with a M26 much scarier, since you might not notice, if it's a Pershing or a Jumbo Pershing. This probably increased the survivability of the M26. They also have the same gun, so they have about the same ability to destroy other vehicles. Less armor means people play the M26 more conservatively, while they play the T26E5 more aggressive, which might get them killed. In the long run the T26E5 might be moved up to 7.0.

@@kimjanek646 it won’t ever be moved up to 7.0. If anything should it most likely would be the German tiger 2 h or the American T 34. Pershing is pointless now with its much stronger variants. It would be like placing the M4a3 76 Sherman at 6.3 br with the M4a3 E2 76 jumbo ffs. Similar speeds one has significantly worse armour. Same exact firepower

@@kimjanek646 Pershing doesn’t have much of an advantage at all, if anything a disadvantage. It’s as slow as a heavy, it’s overshadowed by how many other heavy tank versions of it at a similar br. It’s got the same old 90mm gun we see in previous brs. Same gun as the heavy Pershing with better armour. It’s like choosing the M4a3 76 over the M4a3 E2 76 dude, there’s absolutely no justification for Pershing’s br increase. No advantages what so ever besides slightly more manoeuvrability. It has nothing else
