So sad that the price of such a beloved replica is ridiculously inflated beyond the reach of most fans... despite it being just a piece of resin and a display stand. Mine was exactly the same! The dome was so hard to get out that we broke the styrofoam and mine was more amber too. Noble collection said that's how the coloring is but it's absolutely gorgeous and I love it!

I don't own this, but have seen one in person. They did a wonderful job with the resin to make it look like a natural stone, with the "raw" edges in some spots, and the variations in the color. It is going to look wonderful on your shelves.
