I do my videos like this too because otherwise the editing can take forever and very few subs it makes it feel like a waste of time. This video for example: kzbin.info/www/bejne/kHuUhKGqiZufnZY , which by the way is on health behaviour change, is 25mins and literally took me a week to edit and I tried to cram as much information in as possible so I literally speed read so those who did watch it and liked it watched it on 1/2 speed lol

I now follow you and listen to your videos while I make my kids lunches etc. surprisingly I was already making a smoothie similar to the ones you suggest having had such a bad year or health last year, contracting salmonella, pneumonia and a serious flu I didn’t ever want to go down that path again! Well this year I have not been sick once.. touch wood.. lol.. but all the doc videos, health videos have opened my eyes, I feed my kids and I only healthy food and so rarely do they eat any sugar! Thanks for being so informative, I hope you reply, gosh I’d love to know all you know! How many years of study has it taken for you to be so knowledgeable, I’m guessing your whole life!! I have listened to many of your presentations. I especially appreciate two things: (1) The display of the text on the screen; that makes it easier to process the information and complex words which are coming at us like water from a fire hose.
