You know, what you're saying is true. I was born a muslim but I was never a practicant , but when I started seeing how the world is turning against muslims and accusing them by calling them terrorists and so on I felt revolted. I came closer to Islam and now I am starting to learn more about my religion. I started wearing hijab el hamdullah and I am hoping to come closer to god and to perfect my iman inchallah. Allah's approval is worth giving up everything this world offers. I am so happy to be a muslim and I am glad the world's current didn't drive me away from Islam but instead brought me closer to it and hopefully closer to Allah :)

The name of the wife of pharoah is Asiyah, not Aasiyah. Aasiyah was the daughter of Thabit and the prophet sallalahu alaihi wa salaam changed her name to Jameela, as Aasiyah means disobedient and it's the antithesis of Asiyah.

I missed the chance of naming at least one of my daughters Asiya. Mashallah her story is heart wrenching. What a diva. We speak of goddess like celebrities of this day and age, but she as a Queen in her fine luxurious lifestyle was genuine, pure, brave and an epitome of faith and love.Born with the silver spoon but not an ounce of thakabbar/arrogance as was the case with most Royal blood. Today we are proud of big brand names and wealth but are we willing to risk it all with such a huge exchange of public humiliation and extreme torturous death . Most of us would stay mum as we've got everything to lose if we were in her position. Me included.A drop dead gorgeous woman of pure class, dignity and divine beauty. I think by this account she was probably one of the finest divas to have walked this earth. Considering her status title and wealth. 10/10 and the total package. A virtuous wife men of this day would pine for. We speak of feminism and my choice and bad ass women, women empowerment and girl power. A great heart that was surely enraged at the evil torture of the slave/servant hairdresser and her family, she must have been terribly saddened and outraged at the inequality and true evilness which must have driven her to be even more courageous watching the bravery of the slave lady. She surely was a woman who truly repelled slavery as well. As she probably would have stood up for the atrocity. And made up her mind of her own eventual fate. While more than 3000 yrs ago she had it all and did all this just by herself with Allah (swt) by her side. My heart is softened and eyes are damp. May Allah grant us this level of imaan. If i ever get to meet her in Jannah it'll be a true fan girl moment. IN SHA ALLAH Thank you dear Omar Sulaiman for this narration. Love from Sri Lanka 🇱🇰

I heard that the name of the hairdresser of firoun's daughter was Shofra and she was a close friend of Youkabid (the mother of musa alahisallam) and Asiya binth Muzahim (may ﷲ be pleased with her) already accepted Islam after hearing about it from Shofra and so did her brother Sinhouth who was general of firoun's army of soldiers

Asiya was a true Muslim peace and blessing be upon her. Although married to a unbeliever ie pharaoh. She was given an arranged marriage by her unbelieving parents. So she accepted the monotheism faith during her marriage ( hidden from her husband) Unlike Todays society Where Muslim women marry Christians or Jewish husbands ( Making their own faith null and void) Their children gets influenced by fathers side and so does the woman/ wife. That is WHY in Islam it's ok to marry unbeliever Christian or Jewish as long as the husband Reverts. That way both spouse can enter Jannath.

There was a pious man amongst the children of Israel whose name was Juraij, who was accused of committing adultery, he got attacked, and was severely beaten up, and the women who accused him of committing adultery with her, kept telling the town that Juraij was the father, so once the women gave birth Juraij asked the baby who was the father, and the baby replied and told the people who his real father was, whom was a shepherd. There was also a women who was breastfeeding her son, and a handsome horsemen rode by and she made dua, asking Allah to make her child like that horsemen when he gets older, and the baby while being breastfed by his mom turned his face and said "oh allah dont make me like that man when i get older" and turned back and continued being breastfed, by the way he was also from Bani Israel. These hadiths could be found in Sahih Bukhari and Muslim.

Saqib Ali My pleasure, by the way the 3 children brother Omar suleiman was referring too are 1. Essa (AS) 2. The baby that got thrown in the pit by Firauon, and told his mother not to worry, they were destined Jannah 3. And the baby that Juraij asked who his father was. I believe the third story I've mentioned about the handsome horsemen was an Israeliyaat hadith, Allah knows best.

Ishaq Bin Hisham Narrated Abu Huraira: That he heard Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) saying, "While a lady was nursing her child, a rider passed by and she said, 'O Allah! Don't let my child die till he becomes like this (rider).' The child said, 'O Allah! Don't make me like him,' and then returned to her breast (sucking it). (After a while) they passed by a lady who was being pulled and teased (by the people). The child's mother said, 'O Allah! Do not make my child like her.' The child said, 'O Allah! Make me like her.'
