The Just Pizza Oven has been specially designed for just cooking pizza, the fixed ceramic stone base allows you to cook a perfectly crisp pizza in around 5 minutes.
The key to cooking a crisp pizza is the stone base, the stone will actually absorb some of the moisture from the base of your pizza ensuring you have an evenly cooked pizza right from the middle to the ends.
The Just Pizza Oven will get to around 300°C which will cook your pizza quickly and evenly every time. You can use many different bases including pita bread pizzas and fresh or frozen dough. It works equally well with lebanese bread or wraps as bases. Why not use a bread maker or mix by hand to make a batch of fresh dough? You will be amazed at the results! A recipe for pizza dough can be found in the instruction manual.

Protop, heat up your oven to a high heat before putting in the pizza. That's how you actually get decent pizzas. NEVER put it in before.

"The stone absorbs the moisture" This is ridiculous. The stone is far too hot to absorb any moisture. The purpose of the stone apart from spreading the heat is to accumulate a lot of heat, so if a pizza is put on top, all the accumulated heat is transferred to the pizza immediately. If you just use a baking sheet made from tin, it does not have much heat stored inside to give to the pizza and it will cool down, since transferring heat through the air from the heating element is a much slower process - air is a poor heat conductor (which is why watercooling is much more effective than air cooling).

Does anyone have a link to a manual for this? I just found one of these at the thrift store $5. The pizza stone looks dirty but I’m going to try to clean it up. I have no idea how to clean this thing. For $5 I figured it would be worth trying ti clean the stone and using it.

uou have off course to pre warm it up first and then you set your pizza :)

I have experimented with Pizza Maker for a while now (about 50 pizzas). I have had very varied results. I discovered that it is easy to burn the dough on the stone. This can be avoided by using baking paper under the pizza in the first 2 minutes in the oven. I also discovered that the recipe for the dough works best for 3 pizzas. One gets then a more crispy and thin crust. And you must by all means not have too much topping on pizza. The oven still works just fine. I would recommend it for everyone.

Problem seems once in the pre-heated stove the dough has no more time to rise and becomes too crispy. Better not preheat and the dough has a few minutes time to rise.

Jus got one off Facebook marketplace, this thing will heat ur whole house it gets so hot, i jus turn it on at less than half & only for 5 minutes, turn it off & let that leftover heat radiate & i promise u it will thaw & cook pizza so thorough, once u master the heat this will be ur main tool

Mine’s still going strong (2010 make)! 💓 It cooks pizza well+fast, but main use is reheating food back to PERFECT crispy-hot+fast: hot chips, spanakopita, pizza, quiches etc. I even use it with lid up for taller slices. I’ve thrashed it but cared for it. I looked it up today to see if it still exists - no! I’ll mourn its eventual death. 😭 💀

ok, now that it's preheated we'll open the thing to.. COOL IT OFF??? And to begin demonstrating I have no clue what I'm doing I'll put fresh dough inaccurately on the hot stone BY HAND (video edit correction of the sloppy landing out). And then to assure the temperature drops as much as possible in this WalMart gadget LET'S ASSEMBLE THE PIZZA IN THE OPEN AND COOLING CONTRAPTION. [what about using the apparently serviceable pizza peel just used to press the dough out??] And if you're not rolling on the floor by now, I'll whip out the complementary (pizza peel??) never before seen on planet earth, cut in two [because, what? people have two hands?] ..and use this instrument to remove what I thought was going to be a pizza to the "serving board" [oh, wasn't just for pressing out the raw dough?]. Yum!!

I make oregano pizza with it ,it's the best piece I bought but I don't know how to clean it cause the oil from the manouch leave a strong smell in the house from the olive oil

Reef - it's not degrees Fahrenheit, he said Celsius which is way hotter. Regular ranges do not get this hot, that is how you make an awesome pizza. I can't speak about any other countries but in the U.S. here, particularly the West coast we tend to load up our pizzas. True pizza made in Italy has as he says, quality ingredients and is not overloaded with toppings. I ordered this and can't wait to make awesome pizzas on it!

I bought one of these, yes it makes an awesome pizza. You can use it for other things as well because it has a Teflon deep dish option. I use it almost exclusively for pizza though.

Samia Nasher - If you are using fresh dough - use a tiny bit of dry flour on the pizza base to stop it sticking. You can use baking paper too, but make sure the piece is bigger than the oven so it gets clamped down by the lid. If baking paper is too small it might curl up inside and burn! If you keep using the oven, over time the stone will become so seasoned (blackish is a good thing) that pizza won’t stick. I love mine for MORE than pizza! You have to watch it, but it reheats anything with pastry so well!

Have had the original Pizza Maker for many many years , made dozens and dozens of Pizzas and have improved and very happy with the unit , However I need to purchase a new stone but have not been able to find a replacement as original website , email etc . from the product booklet do not know to find a new stone . My old stone base has done so much work that it has cracked, still using it but would like to get a new one and continue making great Pizzas at home !

Hi Linda I just bought one from House shop in Tweed NSW they are works great and good fresh pizza in 5 minutes. They are on special now 40% to 60% off everything sale in the shop was $258 to $120 brand is Baccarat The Gourmet Slice. Good luck ciao.

works fine needs to be preheated for a good 20 minutes before , the first pizza will be ready in 3 minutes the next ones a bit slower but you can safely make 3 pizzas in a row once well preheated !
