Why are so many people hating? Yes this is not a typical pizza show episode, but Frank's whole purpose of the show is to explore what pizza is like all over the country. These may be strange pizza creations, but they're still interesting to watch. The taco pizza is far from traditional, but it's still amazing to see the amount of work and preparation that goes into it.

Bubbles are great, textural differences across the pie are amazing. The way flavors react to being baked dryer or less dry due to a more rough distribution of sauce, cheese and toppings is the best. It can happen naturally if you work fast and rough, like they traditionally do, but I'd love to see someone perfect this aspect deliberately.
