My favorite crawlspace job I did was we were in a place installing a standby generator and while running our work in the crawlspace we found a dryer vent just venting into the crawl. We cleaned up four trash bags of dryer lint.

My partner and I repiped a whole house under a week. The lady rushed us the whole time. We were covered in dirt and had to finish up the job. She wrote a horrible complaint to my master plumber for the mess we caused in her house that we offered to stay late to clean up.. She never worked a day in her life, and it showed.

my thoughts on cleaning up are if you want me to give you any kind of discount because you think the price is too high then you should be obligated to clean up. I don’t mean all the stuff. I just mean the black dust the little tidbits things like that.
