Average Europeans like myself, we understand well Chinese cultural heritage, we appreciate its ancient preservation, also we must always trade with China in business of everything, culture, goods, resources, it is a bit concerning though that we lack good leadership in Europe, in the sense that a far away country, maybe I should not mention that country by its name, but that country destroyed the relationship we had with our Russian neighbour, and to make sure we were not tempted to return to our neighbour it sabotage the biggest resource to our survival, one cannot think what they would do out of their desperation to break us apart from our China, our friendship and good relationship we have with China, in Europe we love Chinese people, they are part of the European integration for centuries. we are well read and understand from a young age. It was an honour listening to Ambassador FU Cong.

Strangely, EU created the risks & now they're talking about derisking. Simple, goes back to the year before the war i.e status-quo & you found UE & China cooperation was in perfection. For example, Chinese companies can buy up European companies while European companies cannot do the same in China. Chinese companies have the same rights in Europe as European companies but that is not the case for European companies in China. In Europe there is rule of law, in China rule by law because the CCP stands above the law.
